We'll never rent a U-Haul from anyone else!! Can't say enough!
CRAIG PThe truck that was rented to us had a headlight out on the drivers side. It also had no A/C. We were traveling one way from Hutchinson KS to Wellsville Ks which is about 3 hrs away. It was on a Sunday and there was no to assist us with our problems with the truck. Will think twice before ever renting U-Haul truck again. I haven't used them for over 4 hrs and decided to try them again. My mistake for having chosen them making my husband unbearable to be around the day of the move.
JOSEPH RI called and let them know the problem with the ratchets on the trailer for The tie downs for the auto transport they were very good people

WENDELL MThe truck was almost out of gas when I picked it up ( barely made it to the gas station a couple of blocks away). Then I ended up having to put 2 quarts of oil in it cause it was screaming for an oil change.

Would definitely recommend to friends and I will be going back if need be.. as far as the equipment I couldn't put yes or no because the driver seat was torn up really bad but it was OK and didn't keep me from doing my job.
