Ronald KGiving 5 stars as the location was very good and the staff helpful. However, I reserved online and that was a mess. One way trip and my pick up point was changed. Cost me a hour of drive time. If using the online reservation, call the place right away and confirm. Or just call the place and reserve through them. Again, nothing against Store All Storage - they were good and if I needed a truck in that area I would use them again.
James GLet the place in sandwich I'll know that turning in a trailer in was impossible and inconvenient. The spot where you drop off was a locked gate with no code and the place to leave a trailer there was no was to back a truck up to leave it. No one to answer the phone and help out. This was crazy.

Art RMaster cylinder cap was loose got brake fluid all over my trucks tailgate noticed when got to destination tighten cap did not ck fluid truck heavy enough to handle trailer cleaned tailgate thank god for clear coat can’t c any damage yet excellent service at facility

Tristin KLittle difficult dropping off after hours. Called number within 10 minutes someone responded and helped me get in gate. Truck was 2 big to leave outside gate. Guy on phone was super helpful and made sure to help me. Was a little upset prior to the interaction with the U-Haul guy but he made it a great experience

BRUCE HWe held our stuff there for many years and only once during horrible storms and flooding did any water get in and do mild damage to a box at the front of the unit. That was completely understandable otherwise after years of storage all my stuff was in perfect condition.

It is 5 minutes form our home and business. He takes care of all of our concerns and is very, very personal and understands the needs of our business.
david MWork on your program online. It's still far easier to call and locate the specific vehicle a customer needs than to try to use your website. Make it easier for the representative to work with as well.

James SI would have had a better experience if the jey was where I was told the first time. But it was not in the box I was told. I waited for almost an hour after contacting the customer service line, and when I was called back by (according to my caller ID) Mr Stull the regional/district field manager. With his help, over the phone,we eventually located the key. So I lost an hour or actually an hour and a half by this point, and was not too thrilled, and Mr Stull was not trying to compensate me in any way, just said "I will have to let him know that he put it in the wrong box." At this point I'm just happy to have gotten the rental, albeit an hour and a half laterthan expected,I could finish my project at hand.
