The attendant at Strebers market was excellent, there was a little confusion but he kept digging until he figured it out and we dropped off the trailer without issue. Once more, the attendant that helped us was excellent at customer service.
WILLIAM AThe owner had a very difficult time getting the key for the truck from the drop box. We waited 45 minutes for the key while he fumbled with the lock. When we finally got the key, the truck wouldn't start and needed a jump start to get it going. Also, it would have been nice to have someone with some knowledge show me where the controls were and things like how to turn the heat on. The truck was clean and other than havng to jump start the battery, it was in excellent condition.
