Awesome staff, friendly well organized. Rentals clean and ready to go. Even helped lift trailer to hitch up.

LARRY EI think they need to give customers the option to by a comprehensive insurance policy for the truck to protect the customer. The safe move is life insurance. With the way things are today people need that.

JOHN BThe previous user of the 10' truck rented smoked HEAVILY, the smell was in the cab for nearly half the trip out (approximately 50 miles). Had to drive with the windows open until the smell finally was aired out. Luckily, the weather was unusually mild, 50°F. Otherwise, the truck was clean where items were transported. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware there was a link to log in the condition of the truck before taking it, so it expired before I could record the condition. Not the worst experience; staff made up for any difficulty experienced.
MARY LThe website crashed and I wa unable to fill out the fuel gauge and all that. Th uhaul had led than a quarter tank and reeked of cigarettes and wa not clean. I called and the customer service agent was rude and did not help with the issue . I left it with more ga then I picked it up and was still charged after the fact for gas.

Penny YThe young woman who handled my truck rental I thought was the owner. I was shocked to learn she wasn't. She was professional as if the place was hers. Her boss is a lucky person to have her in his absence. The place smelled and looked so clean, the outside was very well kept. Through my reservation I needed to extend my reservation a few different times and thankfully they accommodated me when I should've brought the truck back days prior. I give this location a 10 out of 10! I've been to locations and Summit by far has been the best for many different reasons.

PATRICK MI paid cash for the tow dolly rental and when I returned it, I was told I will receive the security deposit refund in a check in a few days. I've never seen or heard of anyone EVER paying cash and then having to wait for a check in the mail. That's BS to the fullest power , even if they issued it back to me on a credit card that still been horrible since I paid cash for the security deposit but having to wait for a check in the mail is absolutely ridiculous.
RICKY HIt was easy to rent had no problems during the cross country trip about 2500 miles and the turn in spot was great .

Amanda HHad trouble getting the ramp back all the way in the slot I informed the dealer about this. I also called roadside assistance for technical help. Finally got it in on my own.
WILLIAM CCanceled my reservation, gave away my truck and then the picking up my truck part of the app never works at this summit storage facility in Amsterdam, NY.
JESSICA MThe lady at the service desk was wonderful!!! The truck I booked was not there when I got there to pick up. She apologized up and down for the delay. The only thing is you shouldn't book trucks so close together, it caused my delay in moving and it was an urgent matter. But will recommend this place.
LYNN AThere is a sign in the box of the truck that says you need to clean it or there is a $25 fee. Well I'm the one who cleaned it before I out my stuff in it. There were ashes all over the cab which I also cleaned before I placed a blanket for my dog to lay on. and there was something all over the floor I didn't clean it. I didn't rent the truck to be a maid. I rented it to move with.

James MThe vehicle I had the steering was loose and not aligned other than that this location was great and the people were great. Uhaul should supply their vendors with better trucks that don't have over a 140 thousand miles on them.

Richard SI was lucky, I had a card otherwise I wouldn't of been able to get it. I told the lady that they always accepted cash. The only exception was the van, or the pickup truck.

DOUGLAS MTruck windshield had several inches of snow on it and had no snow brush. Checked trailer tire pressure when I got home and 1 side over 10lbs low.
