The after hours turn-in process is frustrating because the required pictures will not upload. The 6 step process cannot be completed without uploading the pictures. I now need to revisit the rental facility in person to ensure the turn-in was accepted. Also, requiring customers to download the Uhaul App, establish an account and provide more information is a bit overkill just to turn-in a trailer.

This location never showed up for the pickup of the trailer. Also, the right signal light went out while driving. We left several messages,emails and texts but never heard back from them.

This location was also a towing company and no staff was there. A sign was on the door with a number to call, I called and was told he was on a call and to just drop off the key.

This location is not going to work well with the Uhaul Check-In App. It was impossible to get a signal and pick up the truck with the auto check-in. There is also no key box to pick up from. If the office wasn't open I would not have had access to the keys.
