didn't know everything was online, it was incredibly difficult to figure out how to do all of it. I was on the phone with customer service multiple times.

NELSON MCab of truck was dirty, key pickup and location of vehicles were separated, no clear place to park personal vehicle.
Matthew SIt was after hours and saw no one. Finding this location was difficult because it is hidden behind another more prominent business.

Janice KThe location was not inviting at all! The guy who "greeted" me was smoking a cigarette the entire time I spoke to him. He was unhappy that I returned it early. And I've now been charged for something that I have no idea what for. Terrible experience !!!
JOSHUA VStaff was very friendly, the truck was great, and the suggested add-ons (dolly and blankets) were appreciated. We had not realized we had left ours at home so the questions were appreciated and the pricing was very fair. I would definitely rent from this office again.
WILLIAM CThe staff seems capable and proficient. The 15ft truck was somewhat clean. I retuned it cleaner. The truck is need of serious work or retirement. The front end is sloppy and the noise level is almost unbearable. In the future I will ask for a newer model with less miles.

CARL BMake sure vehicle is parked in the same location that is sent to the customer. It would help to save time and avoid frustration and confusion.
Kayla BI couldn't find your office right of way, hidden by the limo business in front and parked trucks in front of door but that's just me. Also had a hard time putting the right amount of gas in afterwards, ended up putting too much in. But everything else was smooth. Merci.
Gwyne DI ordered a dolly, but the dolly was not in the vehicle when we picked it up. Since it was a Saturday, the office wasn't open, so we just had to proceed to move furniture without a dolly, which was frustrating.
Corinne DThe suggested truck was in the return lot. The keys in the lock box were for a different truck which ended up having 3/4 tank of gas. The location was like a riddle as to where and how to find the keys or truck. Wasted about an hour trying to figure things out. Even though we had the wrong truck, it was the right size and things worked out fine.

Joshua SI wasn't informed the location would be closed when I picked up. No one told me I had to check in online. The app malfunctioned and never gave me a code. I spent 45 minutes trying to get help. Once I got the key I found there was no appliance dolly that I paid for and confirmed twice in advance. There was also no ramp up to the truck. No straps, literally nothing in the truck. The experience could not have been worse. 0/10. Would not recommend.
