I picked up the U Haul with the gas gauge reading "7 Miles to empty". I didn't appreciate that very much. I knew I needed to get gas but I wasn't planning on having to do it that quickly. Everything else was great.

I usually use the U-Haul facility located downtown St Louis, Mo. But this time I used the one in Cahokia Illinois (Jerome Ln around the corner from my home) and I was treated with the same customer service experience and I will be doing business with them again, I will also recommend both locations to anybody and everybody that'll listen to me. And I'll like to thank the guys at both locations for their recommendations and the patience they had with me while I was understanding and asking questions about their recommendations and services... They made me feel like we were all involved in the difficult tasks of moving, in my latest encounter of transporting an appliance from the store to my home. The only thing is neither one of them wanted me to mention their names... 路路路路 I got all love for them both

Better communication on where to drop off was sent to 4 different locations waited an hour and a half just to be sent to another location to receive my deposit waisted time and money during this trip very stressful horrible experience not looking forward to ever doing again

Location could not find my reservation. They didnt have the appliance dolly i needed. Instead thought 2 regular dollys would do. Solf my wife buckle straps when she asked for ratchet straps. Had to pay with a different card because the card i used on the website couldnt be found. Lackadazacle attitude toward the whole process.

They need to teach all their employees the system as well as manners. No customers want a burp in their face. Also, if you have a rental scheduled at a certain time, the trucks should be checked in and ready. I didn't need to hear him grumbling about trucks not being checked in and how much work he will have to do. I also didn't have an extra 30 minutes to wait. If I wanted the truck at 8:45 I would not have scheduled it for 8:15.

U Haul needs to update their site with locations that have available trucks. Had to change my plans twice because there were no trucks/vans available or my locations weren't open like the website stated.
