Do not charge twice for the same service
JUAN Anothing this location is great and i recommend them completely. Other locations could learn from this one. Great customer service and willing to explain things to me as I was stressing due to the move and tired and they didn't get upset with my questions.

Dewayne GThe lady at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked questions even though I was familiar with the process and she was very snide and even ignored me. She started helping other customers that walked in after me prolonging the time I had to wait on her to process my drop off because she kept walking away and she was rude to them as well. I would never recommend this U-Haul vendor to anyone. Her attitude was awful and she was totally unhelpful.

But the lady at tiny treasures helped me out a lot to make it easier kinda.

They handled my UHaul request with the level of care, respect and professionalism I expect when I enter any respectable business. Not at all like the corporate Bragg Boulivard location. For the high level of excellence demonstrated by these two ladies at this location, I award them both a 5 star review and a full recommendation. If you or someone you know ever has need of any of the services such as the ones offered by this UHaul location, I highly recommend the Honeycutt location to you.
Michael SI feel you should get a refund if you don't use all your miles. Why: because if I go over my miles you going to charge me. So that's only fair to get a refund.
Donavan WAny improvement is always good, this location has only one cargo van, maybe having more than one would help.
THADDEUS BDrop off location and people in the store were excellent. Very helpful. Why u-haul makes you rent for two days when you only needed and used one day is wrong. Would not recommend u-haul to others as charging for two days automatically is not needed and costly. Would like to discuss with customer rep. Anytime. Tim 910-574-0699

Ricky TThis place and the ladies that assist you with the rentals are fantastic. Very inviting and always smiling. The vehicles are always ready when promised. Vehicles are clean and look well maintained. Location is great since there is a gas station within walking distance, which ensures no wasted gas when returning. I have used this place on at least three separate occasions, and I have always been satisfied.

cheryl rWhen booking the truck on the uhaul website, I chose not to have a dolly or blankets. However, the truck had a dolly and blankets in the back anyway. We were told if we use them and break the zip ties, we need to pay extra. We weren't charged for them since we didn't break the ties, BUT just the fact that they were in the truck was super annoying. They made it hard to put things into the truck since they were right at the entrance, and in the end they took up room that we would have liked to use. It was a way to try to make extra money off of us while robbing us of the full truck space. I would suggest not to put these things in the truck if the customer asked not to have any. We were unable to use the entire loading area due to something I already said I didn't want.

Tina LThe lady expected us to re-park the truck and car hauler where she wanted it instead of doing it herself (including backing it into a space). She did allow us to bring back some blankets later that we thought we bought vs rented, so that was nice. She wasn't unfriendly or anything, just I wouldn't have expected to back in the truck and car hauler and disconnect it.
Orsel MThe 26' truck that I scheduled would not start. Even with a jump, it wasn't able to start. The employees were very nice about everything and got me into a 20' truck but they need help with maintenance on their vehicles.
