Kay SLocation did not have all the equipment that I had purchased. They had the trailer (rental reservation) but none of the pads, hitch balls, etc that I was purchasing. I had to go elsewhere to find.
Nicholas FKinda annoying that I costs the same for 2 extra hours as it would for a whole extra day. The guy forgot to give me my add on equipment at first. I had to go back for it
Vincent KThe outdoor lock was difficult to operate and I needed assistance. Perhaps upgrade the boxes to digital where you can change the code for the lock. The store was excellent. The customer experience with the staff was excellent.

Wayne RThe location was great and the truck clean. However, the computer system went down and there is no paper option. I had to leave, and the location called me an hour later to tell me the computers are back up.
Norman LThe truck needs to be replaced. When I saw a twist tie holding up the sun visor, I should have taken it back. The seat belt adjuster didn't work, I couldn't move the seat up to where I could reach the gas pedal better was broken, roll-up windows, no cruise control. Couldn't block the sun! This truck is absolutely deplorable!

Ross HFriendly and courteous fellow there to receive the van back from me. Per my request, he accessed the original visual inspection photos (the ones we took and submitted at the pick-up location), then came out to the van and verified that the 2 or 3 small damage spots on the van were there before I got the van, and no other/additional damage had happened while I had the van. He then he printed a return receipt for me. Very pleasant and accommodating service.

STANLEY DThe service was fine and the young man at the counter was very helpful. The problem was the truck was a piece of junk. Its sun visor was broken and just dangling there in the way. The interior was smelly and just unkept. it rode like it had been beaten to death over years of abuse. It had some kind of air leak in the cab as well. Couldnt tell where it was coming from but the windows were completely closed but air was still coming in. I would recommend a complete overhaul of this vehicle before it goes back out onto the street.
