The locations manager was rude and difficult. I was quoted $149 for a 10' van for over night. I was charged $406,92 in all and I had to drive the van round trip for the convenience of the owner. I will not go to that location again.

Shawn HCustomer service at the drop off location was very poor. The owner of the facility needs to be more helpful not just say park the truck in one spot, the auto transport in another and drop the key and that he will deal with it tomorrow. Also, the U-Haul app sucks! If it wasn't for the lady that helped me when I called and waited for a half hour to get a customer service rep to answer, I would probably still be trying to check out. Something is simple as letting the customer know to use the website instead of the app should be a top priority for the company to inform a customer when the app is not working correctly.

kenneth RThe truck engine light came on shortly after driving it. Then the air conditioner didn't work the entire time I used it. However, the gentleman was very kind and had good conversation as we were getting ready for the truck.

Annie DThe original drop off location was MFA in Chillicothe, MO. When I got there around 2:30 to 3:00 on Friday afternoon, 8 Sept, there was no one there and no indication it was even a U-Haul location. So, I called another dealer in Chillicothe, MO--Trader Jon. So, I dropped the truck off there and he said he would process it in that afternoo or Sat at the latest. It was not until Monday, 11 Sept that I received a call from U-Haul saying the truck had still not been turned in and I was subject to extra charges. It was then processed in on Monday afternoon. It would appear that both these dealers were too busy with their other business ventures to take timely action for U-Haul.
ROGER BThe employee was very nice, but failed to document that I returned the truck and dolly. I received a text staying that my equipment hadn't been returned. Moving is stressful enough. I shouldn't have to make sure your people are doing their jobs.
Colleen HThe location is confusing because it's also an antique store business. My Google maps took me to the store but the U-Haul trucks get parked in the back. It's on a busy street so I had to turn around and reroute. But it was an alright experience, I figured it out.

rANDAL NScheduling for pickup and drop off would have shorted me 2 hours of use until I called the drop off location and discussed it with them. It all worked out well. I didn't see an option to rent the truck and trailer for longer than 3 days or I would have. Returning the truck with. 1/4 of a tank instead of full is a pain to try and work out Other than that it was good the equipment was well taken care of and clean.
