The check in process is difficult. It took us nearly an hour. The online check-in was ok, but there was no way to go back and fix a selfie without waiting on a real person to send a message. I had to constantly keep checking the chat to see when someone contacted me. I called the customer service and was on hold for several minutes. When prompted to "press 1 to receive a call back", I pressed 1 but nothing happened. I tried several times, but it would not work. While on the phone, I missed a response on the chat. The only thing holding me up was forgetting to take my hat off for the selfie. I had realized my mistake after submitting the photo, but could not go back and correct it.

ken sFar too expensive. Did not have dolly that I requested, over all cost was not worth it. Rental plus replacement gas, cost almost $400 to move a small apartment. I'll buy a trailer hitch next time for half that amount.

Kenneth HNo one was there for drop off and apparently closed. I luckily got it off myself and no way to lift back on to go to different drop of. Also found a block to put under tire so HOPEFULLY it stays there. Not sure what I need to do next guess I'll try to remember to call in the morning when they are open

Todd WYour virtual rental experience is awful. The local location was great to make up for the virtual experience being so awful. I understand needing some verification on who a person is but asking for a copy of my passport and a lease while I'm at the location trying to pick up the vehicle is the dumbest shit I have ever heard of. If someone needs to provide anything like that, you should let them know well in advance. Trinity Street Rods location - 5 stars. Virtual rental experience - 0 stars.
