Our concerns were raised initially when we did not receive the usual email to check the vehicle's condition before renting. This absence, coupled with how the process was handled, prompted us to document the vehicle's condition ourselves, including taking pictures of the mileage, gas level, and overall condition prior to leaving the lot. Upon return, we observed that the reported mileage and gas levels did not match what we documented. These inaccuracies have left us concerned about the integrity of the information recorded by this location. We can provide the photos we took upon request for your review. As for the drop off this became my second nightmare. We used the app and tried to drop off the truck to a Uhaul location about 4 miles from my unloading point. When I got to the closer Uhaul the app told me according to my contract I had to drop off the truck at a location that was 25 miles away. Since the car gotten damaged from the tow trailer I had to expense an Uber to get us back to our unloading point. I would like someone in management contact me on this as soon as possible. Felt like I was in an unsafe place

I did not have to go inside. I was met by a very courteous person who assisted me in getting the trailer off my vehicle. All "paperwork" handled electronically.

Trailer was difficult to drive out with obstacles in the way. The employee's supervisor did not answer his repeated calls to them. Did not have any dollies.
