SCOTT SThe worker at this location was fine, they weren't very inviting/kind but they handled the business and we moved on. My boyfriend and I were a little confused about what we were supposed to do regarding refueling since I was never given notice that I would receive a contract via email with more information. The man there told us we needed to fuel it up and told us about a gas station up the street. When we came back, we gave him the keys, he answered a couple of my other questions I asked to ensure we were returning it properly, and we went home. The location was hard to find, as it's very hidden around a corner and within a dart store in a strip mall with a little tiny U-Haul sign on it. The email I received with information for pickup and dropoff also did not give me the address for this facility so I had to call and have someone send me the address.

JEREMY SThe truck made it no problem, I love the v10 in that f650. There may be a slipped belt on a tire it had a wobble and felt like an accordion down the road and the steering wheel was at 10oclock position but toe was set to spec no pull issues, drag link just needs adjusted to correct steering wheel position. Slight inconvenience that didn't stop us from getting to our destination, truck did great.
ZACHARY EPick up and drop off were seamless. Clean truck. No problems. Definitely would recommend using UHaul again.
SEAN TAfter hours return is somewhat confusing, but calling the number on the sign outside the shop provided a quick resolution.

ROBERT HProvide a notice on the doors to get out of the truck carefully. That first step is a doozy! Maybe make the grasp a different color. Also, send the emails with instructions earlier than when the customer is picking up the truck. Maybe a day or 12 hours ahead. Figuring out how to get my rental at the lot was confusing. Thank goodness Matt was there to guide me. Otherwise, it was very convoluted. Thank you! It all worked out successfully.

JAVON DI would recommend the gentleman that rented me the U-Haul. Friendly and wanted to make sure that I got the best deal possible. He also went out of his way to do everything that he could to make sure that that happened. Don't hesitate if you need to run a u haul, make sure you go 8460 Watson Road suit 123. St. Louis Mo

DOUGLAS DAll went good at the location itself. I wish extending the truck rental it would tell you if it going to charge the card instantly or upon return. Also when I tried return the truck on my phone it said I would be paying $61 but when I did it in the morning I was only charged $54.

TIffany WI scheduled our U-HAUL pick-up time for 10:00 a.m. I drove to the address for Triple Threat Midwest LLC but could not find the storefront due to a lack of signage indicating that it was a U-HAUL place. It is, in fact, a dart shop, which is also not indicated by the name of the business. Other customers were also having a difficult time finding the place. There were 2 people in front of me in line and 3 behind me. By the time I was seen, it was already 10:20 a.m. At this time, I was also informed that they did not have any appliance dollys either. After checking in, we were told to drive to a parking lot with the U-HAULs in a separate location. The man at the front desk told us that he would have to check the other 3 people in and then meet all of us in the parking lot to give us the keys to our U-HAUL. This took more time. It was a few minutes before 11:00 a.m. when we finally received the keys to the U-HAUL and left the lot. This shortened the time we had to move, leaving the helpers at our house waiting around until we got there to start loading our things. I will not be returning to this location for future rentals.

ERNESTO GThe U-Haul location down the road from this place is better staffed, and better organized in proximity to U-Haul equipment.. While the staff at the location I picked up is courteous and assisted well. The equipment is not collocated to the office, and the limited associates are serving more than one business making it more difficult to focus on the U-Haul clients.
