Exceptional customer service.
Natali KThe staff was great, and Benjamin tried to accommodate our needs with AT, but we had to drive to another location. We appreciated him trying to help us stay at the same location for the AT. Being former U-Haul dealers, we understood how equipment supplies can be. Thanks again, and we'll be returning in the future. No furniture pads were available due to low inventory.

GERALD FI was told by the uhaul employee at the pickup location that I could drop off the trailer after hours at the return site. This was incorrect. When I tried to return the trailer Saturday night, the gate was closed and locked.

KENNETH CThis is the best location to get your U-Haul. My experiences @ the others wasn't good. I suggest going here on all your needs. I was treated with nothing but absolute respect and very nice people. Avoid the others due to no respect. I'll be back and this will be my go too!!
AMY KThe trailer had light problems while on the road. When starting up in the dark noticed running lights weren't working only to discover sparking wires. No way the location could have known without the last renter letting them know. I did. Hopefully it will be repaired before renting again.
MARK WVery helpful team at the store. They really got me in and out fast at pickup and drop off. They also helped find right adapter. 10/10!

HAMPTON RTruck had garbage in back along with Dollie that I didn't ask for. I'm assuming it was the manager was rude when I returned the truck due to previous employee not checking the trucks condition when I picked up the truck.

ASHLEY DGreat place compared to the last one you sent me to, they were very helpful. The last one I went to in Cleveland Tennessee was a terrible experience, they tried to charge me $100 for delivering to the Long location both the truck and the car hauler, I was told to bring it to this location by someone there on the phone because first location did not accept trucks and they were closed.

CLYDE HI used the car hauler and the top bolt of the caliper mounting bolt broke off during transportation but repwest refused to fix it and said it must have mainly happened before transportation and they don't fix mechanical issues unless their was an accident while towing. Yet the wheel is ratchet strapped to the trailer... Its pretty much the area of the vehicle thay if something couls go wrong it would be there. Just an absurd logic and experience. Not to mention I filled the truck up and drove maybe three miles down the road to turn it in and they still charged me to put more gas in. I will go out of my way to hire another moving company next time and will tell people to steer clear of uhaul.

TRACIE BThe mechanism that turns down to tighten up the hitch was very old and rusty. The person that hooked it up had a terrible time getting the hitch tight. Also when you are searching for a trailer on the u-haul website it says the miles in the trailer are unlimited, only to be told there is a limit and if you go over the allowed miles you will be charged on the other end after drop off.
