In order to get the truck to the storage unit there was flat bed trucks blocking making it difficult to reach the storage unit we had to maneuver around these vehicles. By the way I always use your facility.

Did not check in my equipment properly, received call 2 days later asking to drop off. Person that called was friendly and issue was resolved.

I'm so glad that I was able to return the truck to this location which I selected since I booked the. Earlier, I received a strange text email indicating that "as agreed" the drop off location was changed to Ocoee, FL. I do not understand why U Haul changes the reservations after they have been confirmed.

They made it quick, & easy. I had set it up online, & they quickly finished the paperwork, took the payment, hooked up my trailer, & I was down the road.

I'm very disappointed in this location. Not once did they tell me to fill up before returning. But I know from experience that is what you do. So I did. I filled the tank up all the way at the wawa next to this location. Just to be charged for not filling all the way up. Which again I did fill it all the way. I knew this was going to happen when the guy at the drop off said, they'd just email us a receipt.

Had to switch to this location because U-Haul called the night before saying my reserved van at my original U-Haul location wasn't available. Not pleased, as the new location was further away, but was still charged per mile.

Allow in-town rentals to be returned at any u-haul location. I had to use more mileage and gas to return and it really made things more difficult for me.

Our unit was regularly blocked by uhaul trailers, making it difficult to access the unit when we needed to. If that space is needed more for parking, then the unit shouldn't even be rented out.

I was initially charged for a dolly just to find out there were none available. Then I was wrongfully charged a cleaning fee when I returned the vehicle in the exact same condition I received it. I should be refunded the cleaning fee

Please do not rent a truck claiming to have a full tank when it really isn't, and then charge $75 if it is not delivered with a full tank, and please maintain it properly as it smells awful.

I specifically asked the manager at the location where I rented it if I could drop it off at another location, she said yes and did not say there would be a charge. The total cost of the rental was $50.01. So, I decided to drop it of at the Goldenrod Rd location because it was night and better lit than the original location. The manager at the Goldenrod Rd location said there could be a charge if I dropped off at their location, since it was not the original location. I told him if that was the case, I would just drop it off at the original location tomorrow morning. He said no, it's ok, I'll take care of it. I got a charge on my credit card within an hour of leaving for $111.87, more than double the cost of the rental. I called U-Haul and I have filed a dispute.

I reserved a Cargo Van. and when I arrived they did not have one available. The staff was very apologetic and gave me what they had which was a much larger box truck. I was very dissatisfied with this truck. I only needed a small van. The box truck cost me more per mile and used more gas. The vehicle drove fine & the location was not a problem. It just was not what I reserved and that was extremely frustrating.

Your fee are to high ,in the last two years, your storage fee were very high, for the quality of the storage, you need to upgrade your unit if you are over charging customers..

When I called the UHaul 800 number to get a different store facility because my original reservation was completely messed up I was told by the representative that I was getting a 10x10x10 Environmentally controlled storage room. We we arrived at the Goldenrod location it was a 10x10x6 which does not accommodate a King size mattress so I had to use a secondary storage facility. I am giving the facility an excellent rating but UHaul and my move get a poor rating at best.

I have, in the past couple weeks, had way more experience working with storage solutions than I want to contemplate. But, U-Haul has been exemplary both in terms of storage and truck rental.

Not much space for big rental trucks. Very crowded facility.

My unit had an immense amount of spiders. I left my things for a month and pretty much any item that was touching walls of the unit had super webs and a possible large spider. I killed 18 just in the process of moving my things out of the unit and have been finding sneaky ones in my new place since bringing my stuff back.

This was the worst move of my life, I get to the storage, when I reserved I explained I needed the biggest size, I was told I would get the biggest one because I explained I had a 3/2 I was moving out of. Get to the storage I was given a small storage and told they had no more available I ended up having to leave some of my items outside of the storage unit knowing they would be stolen, they did nothing to try and resolved this problem and yet my sister in law saw empty units that was bigger than mine empty. I am beyond mad and won't use their storage units after this!

I moved out of this unit on June of 2020. I paid the balance and went in the office, the clerk told me to empty the unit and take the lock with me. I did. On my way out I stopped at the office again and he told me no docs need to by signed. I then get bills for each month after my move out. In multiple attempts to contact this store the phone was hung up. Terrible expierence! And I moved out on June/2020 not Jan/2021.
