it was a pleasure to have met such wonderful people at u haul, I dread going to rental places, Not this time , they had the equipment I needed and had me out of there in less than 15 minutes. You people are top notch.

They found it was my co-driver a mix up from a prior rental where he was a co-driver also but the person that had rented from you had a balance due. ROBERT BSo because the Tucson U-Haul put me at bank when I called the bank Street U-Haul partner they said I was going to be charged $200 for not returning it to them and it really upset me because I was never informed of that, but I still decided to take it to the Stockton Hill because spacing was very limited when I was trying to return to the bank Street and no one was helping Into semi truck started to come down the road so I decided to go where it was more safe and the Stockton Hill personnel were very friendly and hopeful and calmed me down while the bank Street people got me upset and irritated
WENDY HThe pickup and transport of Ubox to Myrtle Beach was excellent. Once in Myrtle Beach, we self picked up and returned the box on May 21st. Only problem is they still show the box active after 3 days. I have called and spoke with 2 reps on the 800 number, though still not resolved. The latest sent an email to the general manager to have this resolved. No response as of yet.

Kevin KI want to commend the customer representative (I believe her name is Kiki) she met me as I was coming into the store with a friendly hello and smile. I told her I wanted to rent a refrigerator dolly, and she hooked me up with one. When I returned the dolly, there were two gentlemen ahead of me. She acknowledged that I was there to return the dolly and would be with me for a few minutes. I witnessed her engaging very professionally with the two gentlemen ahead of me as she was attempting to resolve some issues they had with their rental process. She quickly put those customers at ease because they felt she was going to do her best to resolve their issues.

The erst of this review is on the uhaul app and the check in process after hours: So I've used the self check-in for my motorcycle trailer several times and found it extremely easy. However, when I tried to use the UHaul App, which the sign at the check in area says you can use I was unable to find any way to do so. I was able to complete the self check in via the website but it was a lot more difficult that I remember.I recall only having to take 1-2 photos and now you must take 7-8 and open the tailgate of the trailer which was a pain while holding the phone.
Luke GWe were charged for over 200+ miles that would have been impossible for us to drive during our move as we only drove a total of 300 and were charged for over 540miles. We will not be using uhaul or recommend them to anyone because they are theifs.

Charles BPick up location: office people were great. Outside guy gave me a dolly with a burnt out light. I had a schedule to keep so I had to take the dolly even though the right slide lights were not working. Then the dolly got a flat tire maybe after 400 miles of my 1200 mile trip. Bad maintenance service..would not recommend.

The drop off was very poor had to unhook trailer myself after over 20 minutes of the male named liam to busy on his phone just standing there never once acknowledged us just standing there in drop off lane after 15 minutes just staring at me while on phone went inside and was told by the lady inside liam will take care of me only to see her walk out just staring over at me standing still in drop off lane then they both proceed to walk away inside ignoring me very poor customer service at drop off need more customer service like the lady with the purple banks at pick up well done.

DAVID TYou might want to give them enough miles to get to their destination. I don't know why it was thought that I would drive only to the uhaul dropoff point. Obviously, I had to off load the truck. I did nothing on top of that. You may want to factor in that fact in the future. Also, the extra charge for gas was nasty. When I was at the desk the girl said it was at 3/4 tank. When I got in the truck it was 3/4 tank. I filled it to 3/4 tank before I dropped it off. I didn't notice that she added a couple extra gals to the paperwork until I took it back to the dealer. Nasty. That was a trick. In the future I will be looking for any other company for my moves. I will only use you if I have NO choice and that's pretty bad as I have used you for decades. You have changed and not in a good way

And every year you seem to raise the rent once to twice a year every year. I am currently sixty six years old handicap and living in nevada. My son and myself drove all the way to Kingman to get my stuff out of storage and while we were there.I had forgotten my key back in nevada. At which time a lady at the u haul office threatened me with the law if I was to cut my lock off of my storage. She in turn advised me that I had to pay. A locksmith to come and cut off.My lock which in fact cost me more money than I needed to spend. Then we get a twenty foot truck that gives eight miles to the gallon, Traveling over 600 miles, what that truck was ridiculous with the gas prices.There should have been some sort of compensation from your company to help out the people but instead there is nothing. I will never recommend U-haul to my family or my friends ever again.I hope your company is happy with the greed that you are using against us.

All personnel were friendly, nice and bent over backwards to help all their customers even coming out when closed to get things going when the areas internet went down and people could not get access to their units. I did rate no to the convinent access only because there is no access to the climate control units when the iffice is closed and that is not convinent but it is for security reasons so I do not have a problem with it.

In the middle of this high inflation high gas price etc etc. I was told the 1st time you raised my rent it was due to the industry rate. However I have another locker really close to that facility that has not raised it at all. You both started out at 135 but now you are 158$. Its ridiculous. I would move it right now if I had the money to. 10x15 is not worth what your charging for sure. This time you raised it and no notice 2 times in a year!!!

My contract started on the 4th of the month and you would not refund any of my rent. You were able to rent the unit again for the month and charge someone else for the same month I paid for. I have used U-Haul before but will not use you again.

Joel H | Premières impressionsI appreciate the security and want what's offered but I have an unorthodox schedule and would like all hour access. That said, it seams like the security offsets the inconvenience for me. It's a big business that spans, at least the continent (not sure if it's over seas). I've moved myself, family and friends many times using uhaul trailers and trucks. Those moves have always been good. I've had issues with trailer lights in the middle of the night, during a snow storm, and have had fair prompt help. I expect that using a storage unit will be similar. Getting set up and the service was great! I'm expecting and think that security will be good but as I said earlier, the access hours suck (with my schedule) but I think the security vs 24 HR access is a good trade off. I recommend Uhaul, for trailers and storage.
