The drop off location was closed for a holiday weekend. We turned it in the same evening we picked up. Tried using the app to turn in and it was not friendly to use and was actually out of service per the next morning when we had to drive to another location to make sure all was good. They told us the drop off location was closed til Tuesday and it would be checked in late. That isn't our problem. Nobody told us that when we picked up. Charged us a late fee. Finally got the charge off. But what a hassle!!!

MELISSA TThe entrance to the box truck and the ramp were absolutely filthy muddy. We had to start our day by power washing them so that our furniture did not get dirty. In addition, the ramp stopped operating correctly and would not slide into its cubby.

When I returned the truck I put more gas in it than it had when I picked it up, and it was supposed to have been $180 sum dollars, well when I returned it, it said i had to pay $240 some dollars. And wasn't even half a day! Almost 7hrs because there was crazy traffic on I77 due to raod work. So I don't understand how or why I was charged an extra $60+.

PATRICK HNothing! Everything went smoothly. The only thing I would suggest is to put a tongue jack on all of the 6x12 trailers. I could see how some would have trouble getting g it up on the ball. It was very heavy! Other than that everything was 100 %

DARREL HI was told I had to close out in person. The attendant could not find my rental to close out. He acted like there was nothing he could do. After 30 minutes of scrambling and just looking to me for answers he finally called someone else asking for help. Come to find out the 'cleaning lady' closed out my account early that morning. So in fact, I did not have to make a trip there to close my account out. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

RICHARD SOnly one person was in the office on a Saturday. He was doing his best but there needed to be someone there to help him. Another person who had a manager tag on was there but he was looking at his phone and offered no help. Whoever was helping customers around 12-1 o'clock did very well for the amount of things that were going on.

WESLEY MWe had some issues with our truck rental and every time I called I was reminded that our rental qualified us for a free month of storage. I finally took you up on it, but the process didn't go as planned. I booked and paid over the phone and was told to complete the online check-in, which I did. But when we arrived at the facility they explained they couldn't apply the free month. Ultimately they cancelled my initial reservation so they could make it happen, but I wanted to make sure I pointed out the issue. It wasn't a big problem for me, but it did cause the busy staff some extra work, and added to the wait time of customers in line at the Beckley U-Haul. The offer was made in every call but everyone seemed a little unsure of the process once we took you up on it. Just thought you should know.

Jon HI had the wrong size ball hitch, so I went ahead and bought one at the U-Haul, however the employee said they could not help switch them because they didn't have the right tools...so, they install hitches on vehicles and sell the parts, but don't have any tools? I have never had a positive experience at the Beckley U-Haul. The staff could use some training in basic customer service.
