I would recommend this place only if they didn't have SO MANY cockroaches. I stopped by with my wife to eat some Subway, then we unloaded our stuff to our destination. when I came back to the van, there was an unbelievable amount of roaches. I had to go through an entire spray can of Roach killer to get that van cleared of them. besides that the van seemed clean, ran well and got the job done. the front staff were very polite and helpful when I showed up to my reservation absolutely no complaints there.
Denilson AWe rented a truck last week Tuesday to move into our new home upon arrival Eva was very helpful she made me feel comfortable and made everything soo easy. We got to unpack our storage, one load and picked up all of our furniture and bulky items on another run. The peace of mind knowing we won't need to do so many runs going back and forth helped. We ended up renting a truck again yesterday to pick up a bed and was greeted from Jaysha who also made everything so easy. When we returned the truck Layna let us wait til my mom came to unload the last of our belongings and completed our rental. I would recommend all of our family and friends to come and rent with all of you ladies at U-Haul. Thank you all for helping us get settled in our new home making everything Soo much easier.

Edgardo EFriendly staff and quick. Really poor fuel procedure. Fuel stated at beginning did not match what was in the truck. When I returned the vehicle with more fuel than I got it with! I am being charged $60+ extra. Unless this is corrected which I've filed a claim for. I will not recommend this location or U-Haul services and will fill complaints with the BBB, yelp, and social media.
Aaron GI was lied to when I picked up my rental vehicle. In the past, I've always been able to use my U-Haul rental for the entire day, regardless of how long I stated I would need it for. When I picked up my rental I had it scheduled to be retuirned for 3:30PM. I asked the employee at checkout, "what if I need it longer?" Her response was that "it's no big deal, just clal to let us know and we'll hange it." When I called later I found out it was in fact a big deal. I called to request more tiem I was told I'd be charged for an entire extra day! Absolutely not what I'm used to dealing with when it comes to UHual and not what I was told when I checked my vehicle out that morning. Next time I use a moving service, I will certainly be considering other options instead of UHaul.
Matthew LYou asked about the location. It will probably be excellent once you get the building up. Right now the location is just a single-wide jobsite shack on a large gravel lot. On the other hand the truck was clean and worked well and the staff was friendly, efficient and professional.
Joseph BThe location and customer service is excellent but the equipment details provided by U-Haul are criminal! You misrepresented that your trucks are 20 feet long and they are not! I ended up having to do two trips and costing twice as much because of your inaccurate information provided to me when I rented my vehicle. I will never use U-Haul again.
