Moving is never fun and can be stressful. With that said, working with U-Haul, the schedulers, and the drivers was pretty easy going. They kept me informed of delivery times and were very accommodating when it came to moving my box containers to my new home. I would definitely use this service again and will tell anyone I know who may be moving to give you guys a call. JOB WELL DONE!!

Dawn, Tammy and Craig were wonderful. They are incredibly helpful and kind. The truck was extremely clean and well maintained. They went above and beyond and made our first U-Haul experience easy.
Dayton DCraig at this location was on top of it by 7:30 in the morning bent over backwards to get me back on the road whatever you're paying this man it wasn't nearly enough.. considering the experiences I had at the other two locations if I were you guys, I would do everything in my power to keep him employed with you. He gave me the quality customer service that I expected at the other two locations.
GARY GCraig was phenomenal with customer service. He was super easy to work with and an quite knowledgeable in recommending the right size, number of boxes to purchase as well as the number of boxes which would fit into the 4 x 8 ft covered trailer! We would definitely recommend his services!

RONALD AVery clean store, very pleasant people working there. However, the owner was working there all by herself, doing hookups, storage and anything else people needed. Seems like no one wants to work anymore. But she was very professional and pleasant and did a great job.

Fabulous customer service, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which included downsizing from a larger unit to a smaller one at the end of 1st-month rental. They made sure we could have the smaller unit across the hallway from the previous one, which greatly helped us senior citizens move some heavy stuff over a short distance. In addition to all the great customer service, the facility is spotless, well-secured, well-maintained, and no bugs. Originally we had rented a U-Haul truck and car dolly to move cross country to this area. When we dropped off the truck to this Livingston TX facility, we forgot to get our large road atlas out of the cab door pocket. When we later discovered we didn't have it, we asked the manager if anyone had turned it in, and indeed, she had it at the counter, waiting for us to pick it up. How super thoughtful! I'll give these folks a gazillion gold stars for service and facility excellence!

Dawn, Tammy and Craig were amazing at helping me feel especially welcome and encouraged me to use the Drive in storage which was especially useful. Additionally, there was a blue eyed red bearded man that worked there that was also very helpful and welcomed me every time he saw me. He was always hard at work, kept busy but always said hello.

TASHA PThis place is so good I rented a 4X8 trailer to move my grill. I got to meet Craig today and he was extremely competent and helpful. I used this location a week ago and had Dawn help me. Same thing with her she helped me today to book the rental. My understanding is they literly just opened the doors there. Although I did not have any issues calling them I understand others have. Please give them some time to sort out the phone issues soon they are worth a hour drive for me.
