I should the pictures from when I received the truck and when I returned the truck and even after that before I got home received a email with the receipt charging me for a gas that I didn't use.

SONIA RI was charged a $30 cleaning fee for a little dirt in an open air trailer. I had hauled two oak trees. I could have easily swept it out or opened the tailgate of the trailer and driven half a mile and the residual dirt would have flown out. The person who received me should have said the dirt he saw would be a cleaning charge. Nickel and dime nonsense. Will not use U-Haul again.

ROBBIE LI am writing to formally dispute the recent fuel charge applied to my rental. I returned the truck with the fuel level exactly as it was when I picked it up. As proof, I have attached a photo taken at the time of return that clearly shows the fuel gauge. Despite this, I have been charged for 4 extra gallons, which is incorrect and unfair. I kindly request that you review the attached evidence and refund the incorrect fuel charge as soon as possible. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise on the next steps.

CARL CI reserved a 5 x 9 trailer and 2 furniture Dollie's. The trailer was good. But I was told sorry the last two Dollie's just went out, so I had to go buy them at harbor freight because I needed them I had a 300 lb organ to move. So that was inconvenient being I had them reserved.

PETER HAttendant wasn't rude, but definitely wasn't friendly. Almost like he was being inconvenienced and annoyed I was bothering him by checking in at the desk.
DAN TUhaul app doesn't work as suggested when I checked in after hours. After scanning the QR code, it prompted me for service requests like rentals or road side service. I tried scanning the bar code no luck either. So I just dropped the keys thru drop off opening. All good just fix the app or don't tell customer to checkin using the receipt.

PHILLIP HMy truck was at a half tank when I picked it up. Nearly an hour into the move the truck blew up and wouldn't move. I was stranded at the side of the road for nearly 90 minutes waiting for the customer service to figure out what they wanted to do. Had to get a Lyft to get a rental car to get to my house. I was traveling with pets and it is hot in Florida. What should have been an hour and a half turned into a four hour ordeal. Not a good thing to have happen. Now, I am trying to get the truck and trailer off my property.

MICHAEL KOffice staff was excellent. Truck was horrible, steering pulled and if you went over 45 was all over the place. Hit a bump it was a mess. My daughter drove it and by the time she drove over the Buckman bridge and back her arms hurt bad. The bouncy bridge and trying to keep it in the lane was challenging and not always possible. Took a longer having to drive slow. Our what should of been 1/2 day ended up almost all day. Travel time was more than double what it should of been.

CRAIG ROur scout troop rents a truck from you a couple times a year to shuffle donations to other troops. Donations were abundant this year. We are a non-profit group serving our community. We rented the 26' truck this past Friday night and returning on Saturday. The truck was a rough ride to say the least. I felt I needed to baby it all day which ultimately slowed us sown a little but we kept going. At the end of the day, we phoned Uhaul to ask for an extra hour of time to finish up. The lady on the other end of the National line was not very pleasant. She said if we turned it in late, we would be charged for an extra day. I said please, it is one hour. Do you have the truck going out late tonight for someone else? May we please have one hour? She said no. This is very poor customer service. I know that truck wasn't going out because I would be returning after hours and you would not be flipping it after hours. She was not willing to work with us until finally she said if the local store would allow it, then that would be ok. She patched me through to the local store on San Jose Blvd where we got the truck from. A very sleepy guy told us "yea, no problem" with the extra hour needed. We dropped the truck off in well under an hour and I added extra gas to the tank as a goodwill gesture for the extra 45 minutes. Dropped the key in the afterhours drop and left. I received the receipt, and I see I was charged for a whole other day. Again, this is not what the local store agreed to. This is not good customer service! Your truck slowed us down and your National person needs either a lesson in customer service or permission to give good customer service. This is the difference in having a long-term customer, or a no longer customer with a connection to all the local troops using the Uhaul trucks at various points in the year. Fortunately, in a city this large, there are options to move our business. I am asking once again to honor what the local store agreed to in not charging us for the extra time. Staff at location was there to check a box and nothing more. Have had good experiences there before but this surely wasn't one of them. This was a get your stuff and go type of transaction. Wasn't impressed at all.

I was due a free month storage and the manager even put it in his notes and said I would receive next month. That never happened and was gonna be following month. Then the manager said I've been there too long to get a free month. He said it should've been applied the first month. He put it in the notes that I was to be given a free month when I got the unit just never honored it. I called regional manager and she was so sweet. She read the note and applied a credit to my account. Honestly I just don't think they like white people at this storage unit. They treat you bad on top of breaking promises. I would never go back there again but will use a different UHaul storage facility if I ever need one.

Seems to be a toxic workplace as the staff are afraid of this man (I heard him screaming at his staff over a lost key). My experience is pleasant up until you reach the attitude the staff give you up front and I believe it trickles down because of this man. Clean facilities if you don't mind the smell. Poor customer service. Stay away from staff if you're trying keep a good day from going sour. They are not friendly here.

Staff were very helpful. Reestablished the account and was able to start placing items in it. Restarted our free month to July 9. Don't know why it was canceled but staff on hand were quick to correct.

I looked around and did not see any cameras pointed towards my car, which was located to the right of the ramp for dolly's. I do plan on visiting the SM to see if they have cameras pointed at my car, as that would help figure out who damaged the paint on my car door.

The guy who worked at the counter for us to get the U-Haul before we moved out was rude the day we moved the stuff in and was even more rude the day we moved things out. He seems miserable and hateful and that he genuinely hates his job. He continuously cut me off every time I spoke, complained over and over again that he was the only one in the office and treated us like we were in extreme inconvenience.

A massive variety of trucks, vans, hitches…a gigantic three-story storage facility, and excellent customer service! The Customer Care Center has every type and style of box, tape, packing materials, useful tools, etc. Multiple times, I have rented trucks, bought store items, and used their storage facility. The staff is always kind, personable, efficient and knowledgeable (I am not exaggerating). Moving is always stressful - and the staff members remain calm under pressure. They pinpoint what is needed and quickly resolve any issues. The General Manager, Mr. Bernard Bradley, keeps his eye on every activity and is constantly zooming from one work area to another. He runs "a tight ship" at all times. Mr. Bradley was so kind to go out of his way to make my UHAUL experience a positive one. I appreciate him so much! If UHAUL Corporate gives out General Manager Awards - he certainly deserves one! THANK YOU UHAUL!!!

UHaul should tell people NOT to rent the non-climate controlled units for the high cost if they need to store more than 30 days, and to fumigation fir mold on their own because UHaul doesn't do that between rentals.

They have never once had the vent/exhaust fans on the entire year I used their facility.The customer service there is the worst. I have always used uhaul and this by far was the worst experience ever! Their was no air circulating or anything. I understand I didn't use a climate controlled unit, however I have never used one because the facilities had the fans on. They are in place for a reason. I lost so much of my stuff because of this.

We unloaded on to the ONE cart and went to go upstairs, no elevator. I had to reload things back in my truck, go back inside and ask about the situation. I had a stove, dishwasher and other large heavy items in which it was not humanly possible for me to move up to the third floor by stairs. I had to request a refund of my payment.

Staff origianlly denied that they had a problem upon initially checking in to the unit. Furniture was damaged by mold and the stench of urine. Staff very unaccommodating and reluctant to give access to management. One staff member actually removed his name badge when I explained the problem and asked to speak with the supervisor. Will never use or reccomend U-Haul again.

He said that was very upset he was not going to be able to leave at 5:00pm when the store closed. I had an issue that I did not have my key card to get into the storage facility to remove my lock I thought there would be a walk through process and I would remove my lock then. I walked outside when I realized I needed to get my lock. This same representative was outside helping another guest I asked was there any way for me to get inside to get my lock and was told I would have to come back another day. This was very frustrating as I had already been paying for an empty unit for over a month and just wanted to get lock to be completely vacated. Another representative ended up letting me in and I was able to get my lock.

So I decided to go back and check the unit in case it was left inside. I had one additional day left on my rental, their was a green tag secured. So I went to the office and explained to the person and they said that I had moved out so it was green tagged, my question was I had this and an additional day left on my paid rental and mentioned the suite case with medical device was missing, he replied there was nothing in the unit and was not concerned of medical device missing.

Our unit was not lit but it was sufficient to see inside from the hall lights. They have many carts to use that are included. My only complaint was that I received 3 late charges after going on autopay . That was resolved and the penalties dropped.

U-Haul Moving & Storage Of Mandarin is the best U-Haul franchise I have experienced They are very professional and helpful, even for some of us that have not backed a trailer up in awhile. I moved out before my next months rent was due and they never took me out of the system and sent me an invoice with late fees. On the day of my move out I was denied access by my card and they didn't know why. There is not enough staff and long wait times. They definitely need new and better management! Staff did not know how to correct issues. I would not recommend going there until they are u dear new management and staff is trained better.

Courtney P | Expérience généraleThe man was not helpful when I wanted to rent a trailer and told me I needed to bring it back by midnight and charged me full price when I didn’t rent it until 3:30 and when I told him I also wanted to rent a unit he didn’t even help me he told me to do it online and then I ended up having to go back to get a key it was irritating and frustrating because I had to be at the place to move the stuff instead of dealing with this nonsense.
