Anthony W. was awesome. Never rented from UHaul before, he helped me figure it out and what I needed to do to get it all returned easily. Will be back to rent trailers again thanks to him.

Desiree MThe staff was great but the policy of blocking units at the front is completely asinine and made me think about using another facility. You are punishing peope who choose to rent early by forcing them to fill units that are in the rear vs rewarding them for being early adopters. Additionally, the ADA units have smaller doors which make them easier to open and close but make them almost impossible for someone with disabilities to actually move things in and out of due to the narrow passage of the doorway. Imagine even an able bodied person trying to get a table or sofa through that door vs a standard. The staff at this facility is great and sets a standard for customer service!!

GARY DWhen the chains were attached to my Honda Ridgeline, the trailer hooks did not fit properly onto the mating loops of my truck. The hooks needed to be just a little bit wider. The person who helped me had a hard time getting the chains attached.

GARY DMy comment is for the U haul company, don't let people reserve equipment at a location where the equipment is not available. The website said it was and allowed me to reserve it, only to find out I had to go to another location to actually get the equipment. Feels like bait and switch tactics, and very inconvenient when timebis a factor. People don't have time for this type of run around.

The representative ALEXIS W was extremely helpful with the rental agreement, hitching the trailer, return procedure, and checkout! I will return here for any future UHaul needs! Merci!
STEVEN SWe made the reservation 12 days out in order to assure we would have the necessary tools (furniture dolly, appliance dolly, and utility dolly) to aid in our move. Upon arrival, there were no dollies available whatsoever. When I asked what could be done, I was told nothing can be done aside from removing their cost from the total. When I was getting the keys to the truck, I was told the truck had a full tank of gas. Upon inspection when I got in the truck, the truck did not actually have a full tank of gas, but closer to 3/4 of a tank of gas. I made sure to mention this when I returned the truck, as it is a very dishonest business practice. This is not the first time UHaul has not had the appropriate tools and tried to make me overfill the gas tank upon return. Moving forward, I highly doubt I will be using the company due to these reasons. Please feel free to contact me to discuss these issues.
