Christine was very friendly and accommodating. She was very helpful a couple weeks ago when I needed to make some decisions. Their supply of boxes is awesome. My only complaint is that I reserved a furniture dolly and utility darling and we received an appliance dolly instead. I didn't know the difference. But the helping hands that we hired said the appliance dolly was too difficult to move around with the hard wheels and difficult to get up in and out of the house. They ended up not using it. Other than that my experience was excellent.

I would suggest you be certain that the battery cables are proplerly connected to their respective terminals before you rent these vehicles out. A loose cable caused the battery to not recharge and, later, my truck not to start. I was stuck for an hour waiting for your roadside service to jump me. I first reported that slow, sluggish start to your agent in St. Augustine when I first picked up the truck and he seemed unconcerned that it mattered. Me, not knowing trucks, accepted the vehicle. It barely started again when I was leaving St. Augustine and totally died in Tallahassee. My Tallahassee movers were delayed by 90 minutes.

The employees are amazing approachable and friendly. The unit we had was very small i believe the smallest one. We were paying $101 a month for it. I put below average because the price change implemented 3 months after we got our unit and for the audacity to charge that much while other better cleaner bigger places charge much less. I now pay $51 a month at safe storage near Walmart for a 10×10

The night before I was moving out of my unit we had a really bad storm which caused the electric system to short out. The staff was so helpful and unlocked the facility doors so I could gain access to my indoor unit since the electronic system wasn't working. They had to do it more than once and were so nice and helpful each time. I've had my items there for almost a whole year and had no problems whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

Pick up in Ocala and drop off in st Augustine completely awesome. Ocala poor guy had to deal with crappy customers stayed late for me. St Augustine awesome I'm in a bind got me into a bigger unit because I couldn't unload by myself through the halls. Great people on both sides!!!!

One part of the facility that I didn't like was the crowdedness. There were so many trailers and trucks around that it was often difficult to have easy access to my unit.

The staff does an excellent job with customers and managing an under-invested facility. The driveways are cracked, unlevel, unsafe and dangerous, the storage buildings dated and worn with inconsistent, if any, of the proper cooling. It's time for U Haul to invest in this facility - a complete makeover or tear down and rebuild. The employees are great, the company does not adequately maintain the facility.

Property is clean and well maintained. Previous mgmt blew all the dirt from hallways into units, under the doors. All our stuff was literally covered in dirt. Jared was quite surprised when he saw all the dirt. 33 yrs, we were there. That's a lot of dirt. Sadly, some fabric items are completely ruined. Very disappointing, since we were the 6th unit to be rented when it opened. Over $24 000 spend there and lack of caring employees ruined some of our stuff. It's not Jared's fault, he hasn't even been there long enough to cause it. He was really polite and personable. I wish he'd been there sooner. I'm certain future renters will not have those same issues. Jared seems to be on top of things.

My moving help was badly delayed, secured 2 storage rooms, one climate controlled and a standard room. Unload at 9:45 PM, checked in the truck the next morning. Both employees were fantastic, the girl loaned me her personal cell phone charger. They both made moving a little easier.

Best UHaul business around! I cannot say enough positive things about this facility. The Managers are fantastic people with a "yes" attitude. They make everything easy and try to keep all of their customers attended to and satisfied. My wife and I used this Uhaul storage because we received a free month from Uhaul. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted with joy by Jared. It was a wonderful experience, he made it so easy and helped us out with anything we needed. He and the other employees were very professional, they kept the establishment very clean and organized. We ended up needing a second storage unit a couple days later and looked around for prices but ended up going back to Jared and his crew, and again it was a wonderful experience. Shout out to these people if you need a storage unit or a uhaul rental, definitely make a drive down to them they will get you what you need!

This place is ran by a family who all claim they're a manager. They are never there during the hours posted, even though they claim to live on the property. Jason molock was very aggressive and cussed on the phone. He said he lives there and is always there…. He may live there but not there for business clearly. They completely lost all my information and I could not get to my unit, he did not attempt to apologize. He blamed it on the system they use, we spent 3 days trying to get someone on the phone. Will definitely not be recommending this business.

trying to unload is terrible . no room to park and unload. UHaul trucks and trailers parked in the middle on both sides of the buildings. if someone is unloading you cant get by to get to your unit. or if your unloading you have to stop and move and then go back to your spot .

I went to storage unitover the weekend to pickup a few items & noticed there was a red padlock & notified the office asap. I was informed the computer wiped out all of my contact info etc due to storm & I had to sign & complete etc. again. Needlelss to say, It was quite inconvenient & a hassle to repeat this process. This has been the WORST Uhaul experience I have ever had. I get trucks fairly regularly and I just am not used to Uhaul falling down on the job in this way. I was over charged by $600 my vehicles were NOT ready when promised, I was delayed a day leaving and was still charged full price. Just inexcusable!

For the most part I had no issues with uhaul storage, there were a few items that seemed to have mold or something similar on them when I was moving out my things, most of those items have been in there for almost two years and Didnt have an issue with moisture, so I don't know if maybe there was a power outage or something. Also when I was trying to cancel my storage I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the store itself even though it was 2 hours before closing, I called multiple times as well as my mom, I was always transferred to someone in customer service. I don't know why I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone at that location. Other than that it was good.

From day one this facility has taken care of me and all the staff have been kind and friendly. From calling and emailing about payment to rental of trucks I have never had a problem and always have been happy with doing business there. Only reason I left is I moved further away from the facility and takes me 15 min or more to get there and it is no longer convenient for me to use. Have nothing but great things to say about this U-haul.

I just want to let you know that you're on call 800 ladies are fabulous! as well as Ashley Kari and Megan who have been handling the rt1 Uhaul in Saint Augustine Florida! Everything Was handled with ease! It was quick and easy I really appreciate it I gave them all a 10!

Overall good group of staff workers and mechanics from Petier of Uhaul and storage of Jericho NY who really helped me out of pinch to the young man that gave me a storage space at closing time in Saint Augustine FL. However i can't say the same for My horrible experience at the Uhaul of Rockville cntr NY Thanks to a very rude and unprofessional male African american who should not be dealing with the public in my opinion.

Dawn and her team at this facility are outstanding. Courteous,polite and always very helpful. The property is in need of some attention mainly the concrete drives are cracking up and the doors of some of the outside units are hard to raise without them coming out of there track. Also the property is wayyy over crowded with rental trucks and trailers.

The general managers are friendly, proactive and over all excellent. My only concern was that ants invaded our storage and were all over our things on the wall shared with unit 22. We were very careful to not put any sort of food/etc. in the unit that might attract pests. My guess is that unit 22 has something in it. Again, the staff was great. Unfortunately the pest invasion made it a bad experience.

Site manager went above and beyond to assist me especially given the last minute change of drop off location. It really made me feel appreciated as a Uhaul customer
