Everything was perfect! No trouble at all. In fact came back 2 rent a large truck to finish the move becuz the sorry moving company left us stranded for 2 days so now we have 2 hire people & drive another 1k miles to finish the move. Shudda went with uhaul 4 everything & it wud all be dun with already. No complaints at all with Uhaul the people & equipment were perfect!

Pick up area was fine but I had to struggle to get the pick up location and time I wanted.

Speedy, Friendly, and Talented! The tech told me the hitch installation would take less than 30 minutes and he did it in 14 minutes with a smile on his face and took time to explain the specs and insurance on it. De l'excellent travail!

System was down. Didn't know what I was supposed to get and how long for. Ended up getting called on Tuesday saying I was late and the deals was since I had to drive 2,5 hours to get a truck that they didn't have the size for they gave me a 10' truck and 5x8 trailer and said I had till 5:00 on Tuesday to turn it in.

The trailer had an axle issue. The trailer almost shook me off the road if I got above 50 mph. Guy at the pick-up location said the trailer is over 20 years old. Apparently nobody that had rented the trailer took the time to tell anybody something was wrong with it!

This location is 90 miles from where I requested equipment. I requested help loading my vehicle onto the trailer, as I did not have a spotter with me. While the staff were happy to do so, the result was my car being as off center as it was physically possible to be on the trailer. It was so bad that the wheel straps would not stay in place for literally five minutes on the road. I had to remove the vehicle from the trailer and reposition to safely transport it

The guys working on both my pick up and drop off days were excellent. Probably my best experience at a U-Haul to date. Very quick on both pick up and drop off, I was helped immediately both times and the service was very quick and all of them were super friendly and helpful. One of them was even being trained and that sissies anything down and new guy was great. I will definitely prefer this location in the future!

It would be great if UHaul could give the closest drop off points by mileage. If there were a way to input your address then UHaul could show how close the surrounding drop of points are. In bigger cities that are unfamiliar this would really help. Thanks

This location is also where I had the hitch installed. Everyone in that location is friendly and helpful. I asked so many questions and they were patient and informative. After I got over my initial concerns, the whole process was amazing. Merci.

I think the equipment should be carefully checked before you leave. I had a light that wasn't working, but they did find a broken wire and repaired it. But one of the fenders fell off during the trip and was lost. Thankfully nobody was hurt. Tried calling the store and couldn't get through to a person and kept getting sent to a central support center which was not helpful at all. Eventually at the end of the day when returning the equipment, the guys were great. Very understanding and helpful.

I put my things here for over a year I was sending my sister the payments for my storage because she had stuff here as well. I ended up losing everything cause she wasn't paying it. But as far as there storage units they are good and good ppl as well. I would use them again

I have used this location previously. The staff met me at their equipment return site, asked if everything went well, verified my identity, disconnected the equipment, explained where my receipt was, and wished me a good day.

The employees were very nice and helpful. My only problem is that I only drove 15 miles and had the truck back only 2 hours after I got but yet I still had to pay 110 dollars. That is completely over priced, not sure I'll use UHAUL again in the future.

The person who checked out the rental to me was very rude and had a bad attitude. He was complaining to me about other employees, customers and how "done" he was with his job. He also failed to provide my supplies that I ordered with the truck and I had to go back to the store a 2nd time.

Was charged an extra $22 after the initial charge was placed. I rented a 15' a week ago and it cost a total of $70 and rented a 10' a few days later. The exact same trip amd was charged $90. Weird

Trailer was fine. What I was going to load on it didn't fit. Said it was a 6x12 with a ramp but the ramp makes the back of the trailer smaller than 6ft.

Could've been better... What more expensive than explained. One representative charged me twice for insurance on one month.. Renting vehicles was fine.. But for storage? Never again!!!

Note to Uhaul: You might check over the vehicles you rent to customers more carefully before you rent them out. The 10' truck I rented had a broken exhaust hanger at the end of the exhaust pipe. For 1 200 miles on my trip whenever the road gave us a bump, the exhaust piping would rattle. That got irksome over the course of the trip.

Goto 1000 E 13th St N location!!! The 2 gentlemen working there went above and beyond getting me a car trailer and not a car dolly to make my 24hr drive go amazing! Very professional! If they weren't the top 2 managers they should be!

The trailer I had was full of ice when I asked if they could try and get the ice out they said we have tried but couldn’t get it out I went to use and used my own shovel and was easily able to break op and get ice out

I put yes on the clean and well maintained section of the survey, but the truck had some minor issues. The light switch button was broken and all that was left was the screw it was attached to. So I had to ask if that was the light switch because there was no indicator to tell me so. It would be nice if the cab of the truck was accessible to shorter people and you didn't have to carry a stool around just to get in.

My online reservation confirmed that a pickup truck and trailer would be available. However, upon arrival, I was informed that due to other customers taking the trailers, I would not be able to get both. I was told I could pick up a trailer from a different location and the truck from my reserved location. Due to time constraints, I ended up paying almost double to rent a large cargo van, which I did not need. I am not upset with the store, but if items are not actually available for reservation, please remove the option to reserve them.

Needed a last minute truck and Jason was able to get us one. Had the truck ready, warmed up and ice/snow cleaned off of the windshield for me. Much thanks to him and his people at the store!!

I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to get the key to the truck and the guy at the counter was very rude when I questioned him on why they didn't have anyone at the counter to help people. Their were 5-6 other people also waiting. It would be better if they had a way to get the key without having to wait on someone. (lockbox or something like that). I was late getting into my storage facility and the gates closed so I couldn't get in and had to wait until the next day so I had to extend the U-Haul truck rental. If I could have got the keys sooner, I would have had enough time and not had to extend the rental.

Clean broken glass from parking lot. Truck had leaf and yard debris in back. I had to clean it before I could load it. Trailer was dirty too, but the representative used a leaf blower to remove debris from it. The check engine light was on, truck averaged 6 miles to the gallon! Which in my opinion, directly contradicts the "fuel savings" advertised on the cab of the truck. I spent close to $300 in fuel that should have been only 1/3 of that. The trailer lights didn't work right and when I mentioned it, the representative said, "it's too late. I'm not fixing that". No. I will never use UHaul again. It would have been cheaper to have just rented a POD from another company and have them deliver it.

The location definitely served its purpose, the employee we encountered was very nice. Location is "older" and in a less-nice part of town surrounding the Air Force Base.

U-Haul takes advantage of their customers. I rented a 15ft truck one way. They gave it to me for 2 days. I only needed it for 1. I returned the truck same day, under mileage and with more gas (not intentional). U-Haul still charged full price even though the truck was able to be rented earlier than expected. Shame on U-Haul!

Our U-Haul truck was missing the catalytic converter when we received it. This makes me think the truck was not inspected after the previous renter, nor did they do a pre-inspection. When he brought the truck back to trade it for another, movers were hired by U-Haul to unload and reload another truck. They were not experienced and the packing was atrocious. My items have been damaged. I will call to file a claim tomorrow.

The 5 x 8 U Haul I rented was clean and well maintained except for the door which was extremely difficult to slide up and down. The sales agent who rented us the U Haul was surley, condescending, and rude. I really hated doing business with someone who was behaving that way.

Everything was great except for the 7$ "vehicle recovery fee" that is non-refundable if I bring back the rented vehicle. You advertise 19,95 for the pickup/vans and then tack on all these extra fees and that is ridiculous. I only needed a van for less than an hour. Either update the pricing or let it be refunded for your customers who are following the process.

The hours to access my storage were unaccommodating to say the least. Due to this it limited my ability to access my belongings in storage. I was unable to retrieve my belongings causing me to have to pay an extra $69 I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with your service and would not recommend to anyone.

The young man who helped wasn't able to help me on his end. I was given a promotion through email. One of the options was to claim it in person however there was not an option for the person helping me to claim it. I had to call and have someone from UHaul help. Once it was taken care of the person at the store was helpful and finished helping me. However the confusion made it seem as if he was not willing to help. I think his hands were tied and he really didn't know how to help. He just kept telling me that I was at the wrong place and that they didn't have the promotion I was given. Even though I showed him that it said I could use any location as long as the location was participating. He did show me that he didn't have a way to except my code. In the end it worked out. I think the email promotion should be clearer and the UHaul stores should have information about it.

This storage facility on Pawnee in Wichita Kansas has no air conditioning or elevator to get to the 2nd floor which is where I was assigned to put my stuff. It was a very grueling unpacking on a hot day.

Was hoping for a first floor unit. I am disabled. I requested a first floor unit. U haul associate sent us to a unit upstairs. His only comment was that the first floor units cost more. No discussion with us about if we were okay with the extra expense. We assumed it was either no first floor units were available or the promotion was for the less expensive units only. Had some difficulties with the stairs putting her stuff in the unit. U haul associate let us use the appliance dollie and carts , still , I will always wonder if a first floor unit was an option.

I'm frustrated that I moved my belongings out 1 day after my balance was due, & I was still responsible for an entire months rent. The person who helped me was not a happy person at all!! he was rude and wouldn't stop complaining about his job.

The whole experience was excellent. From getting the equipment to being able to store my belongings. I even had a flat tire on the car transport. There was a little confusion on where I was at and the person went to two other gas station looking for me, but he didn't give up on me. He was very kind and courteous. U-haul was very helpful in every way! I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I have used this location for storage twice now and both time the staff for the most part was polite and helpful with the exception of one or two. Any questions or issues I had they were able to help me with. If I ever need storage up here again I will definitely use this location again!

Horrible experience I just got my storage today and was given an access card but no access code. I had everything in my truck ready for storage and had unload everything once I couldn't access my storage. Completely unacceptable to not give very important information like a access code. Also customer service was absolutely NO help & I called the after hours number for the GM 10 times and no answer. Worst possible service ever

I have been to alot of Uhaul centers. This one I would rank the THE lowest in terms of ease of use. The staff have to make due with what built, not their fault. I ONY came to this 1 due to convivence of location. The parking is slim, 6 of the spots close to door is so you can advertise trucks, WHY? DUH I was located on the 2nd floor, a lift of some type would be handy instead of ALL stairs. People have stuff to move and it hurts your back taking those stairs multiple times. AGIAN the most inconvenient set up and layout of a Uhaul center I have ever entered. DEF will not recommend nor ever use again. I rather drive an extra 4 miles out of my way to a better center

Was first set up with a storage unit at Pawnee and Seneca. After an awful experience with the general manager at that store I left and went to Uhaul on Pawnee and Oliver. Luke and the team was AMAZING and I couldn't be happier with their customer service! Thank you so much!

Management is awful, some employees are great. Store manager will go out of his way to be mean, parking is a nightmare and it's almost impossible to see anything in there.

U Box service is brutally slow. It was not prepped prior to arrival. Took over 90 minutes after first communication with staff to prep and depart. U boxes were convenient. End costs were hidden.

My issue was the scheduling. I specifically asked for a unit to store my motorcycle and I was advised that a unit was available. They tried to put me in an upper level, no unit was available.
