Great customer service better then 90 % of the other location.

PAUL TDoor rollers rusted. Had to fight to open door. Dirt and water blew in under door destroyed the bottom of my wood furniture and several boxes.

CHRISTIAN WThe truck bounced the entire way down the highway. There was also a high pitched screaming noise when the wind would hit the truck.
ANDREA WMy equipment drop of time was very long. On previous rentals my drop off time was within a minute from when I pull into the equipment return area but this time it was almost 10 minutes before anyone came out of the building to help.
RONALD RVery friendly and helpful person at the center. Rail on inside of 5x8 cargo trailer was broken near back end so couldn't use it to strap in - had to figure out a different method to secure items in trailer.
DAVID MI rent from this location every few months or so. I've always been treated courteously and quickly.

CHRISTOPHER WUhaul is the worst, used them last week and they charged my card 3 times for the same amount. Then we needed to book a trailer again for moving so we booked for 4 days and was told on the phone if we didn't need it for the full 4 days we could return and get a partial refund for the days we didn't use. Then when we went to return it after 2 days we were told we wouldn't get refund for 2 days not used. Uhaul is the worst company. Used 2 different locations, uhaul is the worst for customer care and rob you of your money.

DENNIS JThe truck I recieved was an automatic. The truck would just shift into neutral while going on expressway. The steering column/ wheel, was loose and it would float all over the road. As I started onto I-75 south, I heard this loud noise inside the dry van area. I found a rest area and there was a furniture dolly that was not secured. I tried to attache it to the proper place provided, but, the wingnut had been previously wrenched onto the bolt skewed. It would not budge! I had to cut some rope and secure it to the inside wall boards. Next time, I will drive it a mile or so to make sure it does not happen to me again.

MICHAEL DIt was early in the morning and dark when I went to go pick up the 26' I rented. The truck was filthy outside. The armrest and steering wheel had either pop or coffee spilled on them both, ( a half dozen wet wipes later!) the inside of the storage area had a couple dozen or more of screws and nails on the floor not to mention dirty & oil or grease on the floor! Not pleased at all! Come on U-Haul you're better than that!!!
JAMES VFor an actual u-haul it's very hard to even get a trailer. Corporate seems to have taken most of the trailers from this store. Other outlying areas have plenty. A lot of these places the customer service is horrible and the equipment is not taken care of. A lot of these places I have to hook up the trailer myself. Please return a good assortment of trailers to this u-haul.

ROSALIE MPickup and dropoff went smoothly. Haul should sell 7 pin to 4 pin adapters. I had to go down the road to an auto parts store to purchase one. Also, I insurance was automatically put on my rental fee without my request or knowledge. I had to request it's removal.
