THOMAS MEquipment wasn't in beat shape mechanically nor cleaned from previous use. Customer service made up for it. Appeared to be only one person on duty at pick-up and drop-off. Had their hands full -- and customers had to wait probably longer than they wanted. But employees were courteous and did best they could considering the situation.

JAMARIA OThe selection was limited because I think everyone in Madison county was moving this weekend. I booked a trailer for 2 days and was talked through it very well and I don't think I've ever actually understood the policies before. The man behind the counter, I think John (maybe), hooked it up and sent me on my way. On return day I ran 15 mins late and he called to check on me. It was pouring down rain and he helped me unhook it and was very patient with me otherwise. Cannot recommend this place enough.
RYLAND BI rented a 6' x 12' trailer in Huntsville, AL. The minimum rental period was 5 days since I was traveling to Colorado, but I only needed it for two. There should be an allowance for turning in the trailer early.
EMILIE PI arrived and parked in the drop-off area. The sign said to wait in the vehicle until an employee came, if it was during business hours, which it was. However, the only employee I could see at the time was a guy talking on his cell phone and walking around the area. I waited for about 5 minutes there, until I decided to just go inside. There was a nice employee there who took the key and said that I would get an email with the receipt.

KENNETH BMaybe a sign or something to indicate when an employee is helping another customer outside of the building, so that incoming customers know they will be back soon. At first I wasn't sure if there was anyone working that day, but Anthony was very helpful once he got back from helping someone else. I was in and out very quickly overall. He hooked up, and then unhooked the trailer when I returned, very quickly and with no issues.
ANTHONY CI returned the truck with 2x the gas needed and went over mileage by 1 mile. I was still charged for the mile. I think that's ridiculous. I also sat in my truck for 10 minutes waiting to return (sign said wait in truck). No one ever came outside so I went in and 2 guys were shooting the sh!t. If you aren't going to go outside - remove the sign.

NATHAN EI had to do an immediate switch out of trucks as the previous driver was late returning the truck. It was very low on gas, which added another step to my plans after picking it up. Could there be a policy created that fuel tanks be at least 3/4 full upon return?
ROBERT SThe gentleman who checked me in was extremely rude. I parked in a parking space, and he told me to pull around to check in. I interpreted that as pulling around the building, he meant around the road to come in from the other side. When ge saw me on the wrong side he started yelling and being very rude instead of just asking me to go the other way.

ERIKA HThis pickup location was not where I reserved the truck which was frustrating as it was further away from where I was using it. So it cost me more mileage and time. I'm not sure why I can't choose my pickup location or have it at least be the location I reserved it from.
