Very friendly staff. Explained everything well.

Maybe hire some secret shoppers after 15 days of a new part time Employees. 1) never tell some one on phone i wil back with you in one minute. Say as soon I can 2. Do not say wait a min for me to go get Larry he is out back. 3. Or ask me can I help. All he do Ask me for my phone number and tell what day is my payment due on pod. Instead I got to call many times Why not just say. What is phone number and Larry can call back when he gets done what is doing Work smarter Not Harder

Joe GThe only thing I can think of is to give a small discount to customer that download the app or call in coporate for a reservation. Those guys in Victoria on Sam Houston are so busy from 7am -9pm. I have been over there many times and I might have to wait 20 mins. Not because they are slow, they are busy. Give those guys a extra day off, Great Service

Benito OMy vehicle died just outside Victoria and AAA wouldn't take care of the trailer I was towing so I needed a tow vehicle to get the trailer home. I found a U-Haul location nearby, called them, and their staff was very helpful getting me lined up with a tow vehicle. I was on my way in under two hours, thanks!
RENE VThe experience was great and the trailer was ready for hauling. The location was very busy both times I went in there and they seemed to be short handed. Maybe more help so customers can get in and out faster.
RICKY SWhere I dropped off my equipment I've used them at least a dozen times. The personnel who work there now are not engaging, proactive, or very helpful. When I return my trailer, there were no other customers there and it took me almost 10 minutes to find somebody working there so I could drop it off. One of the UHaul individuals working there had seen me for five minutes, but kept ignoring me. This is unacceptable.

JOSEPH INo improvements. It was quick fast and easy and the vehicle was clean.
BRIAN FI took away 1 star due to late pickup...was picked up from the residence in texas 1 day late...the automatic system updated my delivery after that to a week after it should have been and i had to call to bring that to their attention. Took away another star due to another day late pickup from the residence in california. This residence wanted the box gone as soon as it could be picked up it was set to be picked up a day after its arrival but they called and said their forklift was damaged and they could not pickup till the following day which i had to explain to the residence. After that i was never notified by phone or email of the pickup when it happened and had to contact su[pport to check since i wasnt in town. All my things made it here fine but those 2 late pickups really sopured the experience for me and i wish they made an effort to rectify all the inconvienances.

ELESHIA BThe young man who helped me didn't seem to know much....he asked me to help him get the trailer up on the ball. I told him I have a bad back and couldn't. He spent 15 minutes trying to do it himself before going to get a roller tool to assist. Nice young man, seems to need some more training. Not terribly friendly.

BENJAMIN BNeed to hire more people at this location. The line was long and waited over 25-30 min to drop off the car hauler. Other than that, the customer service was pretty good. The employees there need more help!
JUAN MI tell you what Larry runs a place excellent excellent guy. He's took care of my business when I need it courtesy calls. Today when I dropped off the truck I wash it clean it I'll try to do whatever I can to get it the way I got it there was some painters there and I told him that kind of work I do he told me to give him an estimate next time and submit it I've been in construction business over 30 years and yes Mr Larry and some of his coworkers they're awesome

ROBERT OService was painfully slow and they didn't put down the drop off location so when I tried to drop it off they tried to refuse and I had to spend about 30+ minutes on the phone to straighten it all out

RICHARD FTruck had too much play in the steering. As an experienced driver even I had a difficult time keeping the vehicle in a straight lane. Very dangerous. The extra electrical outlets (12 volt) were not secure and were useless. The step up into the drivers door seemed to be very high and was difficult to enter -- like a step was missing. The truck was very clean but worn. the service was above expectations. Warm and friendly. Helpful and informative. I will be returning for future rentals.
