The van was dirty. No Bluetooth. Issues with the rental ended up costing. $100 more, for no clear reason. Surly customer service.

Le service a été excellent. Too bad about having gas stolen at night -- made for an extra trip to have enough, but that wasn't the guys' fault who were there -- they were very professional.

The Interbay location was closer to both point A & B, but I always reserve my vehicle from the Leary Way location. The customer service remains unparalleled.

The truck needed to be jumped when I picked it up, and it would not start again later even though I was assured there was no problem. This was VERY inconvenient and potentially dangerous.

The truck and service were much better than last year at the Kenmore location. Not to throw Kenmore under the bus-they were fine, but the truck didn't have a ramp or handtruck.

I think someone (a customer?) was selling windshield wipers on the property? I didn't work directly with them, but they didn't really seem focused. But my direct experience was okay.

I was very pleased with the efficient check out process. Staff was kind and helpful. The truck worked fine for what I needed, but was clearly a bit rundown. The truck really struggled with shifting gear (transmission going out?), which made me want to stick to arterials and avoid the freeway.

Everything went very smoothly and the staff was very nice. The only thing that might've made it a little bit better was that I had requested the 20 foot truck before 10:30. He said that it wouldn't be available but then I showed up about 10 and looked like there was about four of them sitting there so maybe some sort of way to notify me if it was available earlier? At any rate, it was overall great and I would totally recommend this location to friends.

I've used the Ballard Uhaul location for 15 years. It's consistently busy and overworked, leading to employee burn-out. Take note of that bit of info. I witnessed the Manager at this location exhibit extreme anger. He needs some training on how to handle the stress of running that store and how to manage his anger. It's unhealthy for him and everyone around him.

Location is very small. The person on duty receiving equipment in the yard, greeted us with a hello. I told him that the fuel gauge was not at 1/2 tank like should have been when I left U-Haul of Parkland. The fuel light & warning bell came on so I had to stop at Arco by Costco in Federal Way. I had to deviate my route an add more miles that were not necessary to put in $50 of fuel. I feel I should have not been responsible to level off the fuel to the box truck when I left. It should have been at 1/2 a tank in the first place. We had requested that we drop off the equipment in Lynwood when we made the reservation, My wife notified me that U-Haul had changed the drop off point to Leary Way, If it stayed with Lynnwood like we wanted to do it would have ben only 44 miles for this one way trip, instead it was 66 miles to Leary way haul.(Ballard) Contract # 26229369 The front desk person gave us a credit for the extra mile and we told him about the inoperably brake light on the passenger side'. We asked about the gas refund. Nothing was mentioned about back to us about the fuel refund. ***Side note. My husband took a picture of the dash board when he left Parkland. We can send that picture if necessary.

Appreciated the fast check out and help getting everything turned in. Easy access to return lanes and super easy exit. Staff was friendly and professional, would gladly do business here again.

I had numerous van/truck rentals from your location these past 2 weeks. 1) the app to drop for drop off didnt work so we were out in the cold trying to figure it out 2) the truck we rented didnt have a ramp and NO ONE told us that this size didnt include it. They basically just asked what size we want. Because of the fact there was no ramp ut took us MUCH longer to finish. 3) when I extended the rental I mentioned the ramp but she didnt seem to care or try to make anything right. I really regret spending any of my money with your company and will definitely look elsewhere next time I need a truck.

The U-Haul app is glitchy for the return vehicle process. The app kept freezing and wouldn't let me move on with the return. It did eventually start to work, but only after I had already dropped the keys in the overnight slot. I had taken pictures of the gas gauge and mileage on the truck before I drop the keys in the dropbox, but then when the app later started to work for me, I couldn't upload any already taken photos. It would only let me take a photo in the app. It sounds like glitches in the app is a known problem as I was warned beforehand that could happen. Other than that, the truck rental was seamless and went well.

Very smooth experience overall. I appreciated how much flexibility there was in rescheduling my vehicle rental, which I had to do several times. One possible area for improvement: I had to return the vehicle after hours, and I wasn't really sure where I was allowed or intended to park it. I took my best guess, but clearer guidance (maybe signs, or a few pointers at vehicle pickup time) might help.

The tank was left at a quarter full, and I was told that I would only have to pay 5,5$ a gallon for any gas used during my rental. I returned it with ~10 miles of driving and was charged an additional 30$ for returning the tank under a quarter. I was not told at all during my pickup that this additional charge would be applied, and moreover the tank was already only a quarter full. Extremely deceptive and sneaky fees and they refused to waive the fee despite not being told about the fee + the tank already being quarter full. Otherwise I would have stopped by a gas station to fill up to exactly a quarter. Incredibly shady practices -- now I know for the future but I will avoid this location entirely in the future due to the deceptive staff.

The truck was given to us with an empty tank of gas. I asked to switch out the truck for on that had some gas, but I was told to take it to the gas station and put gas in it. When I got to the gas station and was putting fuel in the truck, gas started pouring from underneath the truck because there was a hole in the gas tank. When I called the rental store, I was told there was nothing they could do, and it was my responsibility to clean up the fuel and drive the truck back to to the rental location and they will swap it out. Much to our disagreement, we brought the truck back and they then said they had no other trucks for us. We'll never be renting from that location again, and most likely not from U-Haul.

U box was not ready for the mover at the agreed upon time of 9 am. The mover had to wait in a long line and then convince the staff that the u box should have been ready upon his arrival.

Contents from my ubox were stolen overnight off the uhaul lot. I thought they would be safe in a warehouse. Although the employee I worked with was helpful, I think this location needs a secure fence!

The staff is hard to reach via telephone, but the service we received at the facility was impressive. Connor was able to assemble our UBox, trailer, and truck in 1/4 of the time of the previous Uhaul.
