When I sat in the truck it was filled disgusting cigarettes smell. like someone smoked cigarettes in the truck prior. Maybe the people (owners) should add air fresheners to the truck for next customer. I wouldn't be coming back to this location.

Robert BAmado and Tristan went above and beyond for this install. I came in stating i was literally asking for the impossible and these gentleman stepped up. I would have been ok with a no for this instance because i understood the situation. I couldnt have been more satisfied. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
ERIC PDirt, tree bark etc left in an open type trailer.Had to thoroughly clean it out so would blow around and get all over my stuff - not happy about that - figures - every time I don't inspect completely !

JEREMIAH Gstore executive is very nice honest and helpful. Mobile app seems to be not mature. response is very poor. This store doesnt have mobile signals but the free WIFI provided but not strong. U-Haul could facilitate the stronger internet wifi facility would be useful as we do the bookings online and at store if we are not able to access thru mobile it's delays the process.
SRINIVAS PEverything was seamless. I reserved the trailer online, picked it up and everything went great. The employees were also amazing! I'll be sure to use this location again if I need to.

GALA WI am a disabled vet amputee. The gentleman that was on duty, both at pick up and drop off, went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible for me. It was obvious he truly cared. He should be cloned and given a raise!

MICHAEL RTotally rude lady. Didn't know her job and tried to make it so we would get charged for half.dozen pad, she said we keep them. We rented those, and have never kept them. The gas marked was off. Truck was almost empty and they marked 3/4 full. Lady was also on a personal phone call. Just was snotty, rude, and could care less. I was also charged 2x for boxes. We were transferred there because Mills station did not have the 25'truck. Just the worst.experience. I had added drivers, and.lady that I had to be there and she would allow this one time. Retrain and then Fire her if she can't do the job requirements.

LEONIDAS AThe truck appeared clean but after getting on the road some trash was found in the door handle and holders. On check in trucks where stacked up out to the street, I was asked to try to maneuver around a semi trailer coming out. Then the employee said they would complete the check in and took over.
TAMMY AI have rented u hauls in the past and i was dreading the experience. Moving is stressful and the gentleman who helped was kind, engaging and helpful. Unfortunately, i did not get his name as we were preoccupied but my transaction number is 706059. I want to say how quickly and efficiently he helped my father and I getting the truck.

Cheryl SI had interaction with two people at this location. One of them was the general manager who was excellent with customer relations and processed the rental extremely quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with. The other person not so much.

Kenneth SI was in the store alone, two employees came in to do "something" and no one said a word to me. Not "someone will be with you soon" nothing. It makes a difference to be acknowledged, just saying.

Amanda GThe uhaul 24/7 is difficult to understand. When I returned the truck, I followed the steps and then was chewed out by an employee for dropping the keys in the drop box instead of giving them to her. But the app said to drop in the box. And there was no employee around until I dropped the keys in the drop box.

JAMIE TTHe morning I arrived to pick up my rental truck the store was not open and I had to wait for about an hour until someone arrived. With that said...the staff that finally showed up went straight to work and were absolutely amazing. They took accountability and got everyone waiting all squared away. My schedule for that day was thrown off but the later than planned start and I ended up having to rent the truck for another day but when I returned the truck the two employees who were there made everything GREAT! they took care of me and went above and beyond with legendary customer service. Well done!!!! This level of customer service will make me a loyal customer of yours for life. Thank you for all your help with my big move.
