We rented a 6 x 12 trailer. On our way back to return it our vehicle broke down. We called U-Haul towing and they towed the trailer back to the rental location for us while we had our vehicle towed to our repair shop. Everyone on the phone was helpful and it all worked out perfectly The equipment was perfect and the U-Haul staff were excellent

This was a smooth process! We received excellent customer service, a great vehicle that was clean and full of gas. The pick up and drop off was very easy. All around great experience!

used to be a good place to go to, but service now is garbage. checked in 12:18pm, got hooked up 1:33pm. skinny guy left for lunch, tall guy was taking care of a long line of propane customers and equipment return customers, one lady inside the office with a long line of customers too. then tall guy leaves for lunch, so nobody left outside! then after 15mins, skinny guy comes back, takes charge of the office because lady needs to leavefor lunch too.. so still nobody outside to help me get my trailer! asked skinny guy if i could get help and if they were short staffed, answered me with "You Think?" .. what an asshole, shows how much they hate their job. after almost 1,5 hrs, finally got hooked up. this place needs some good managing

Have a more experienced person at the register/comp. She in correctly charged Every single in the line, me as well. I wa charged $30 for three boxes, 2xl, 1Lg. Thought it was for the dolly too. No. The dolly was an extra $7. Then she gave me a receipt for $10 and some change. Had to handle other through my bank. Never thus location again. Oh, then was called yesterday asking if I returned the dolly!!!

Charged me $25 to throw away one empty small 99 cent slurpie container. Told Me to drop off at one location, then started messaging me saying no you can't drop it off there. You gotta drop it off at this other location. Went to that location. U-Haul was not even there so I had to drive around even more to find another location. All them to charge me an extra 20 miles

I have rented multiple units. The last few years, the truck I rented or trient had a big old crack in the windshield unsafe for any driver, but they were able to give me another one no.Vehicles would be allowed that bad condition

Trying to check the truck out was a huge headache and the employees weren't very helpful. The truck was awful! It actually felt incredibly unsafe to drive and several things were broken. This truck needs to be removed from rotation and this location needs to be audited for quality control.

I was at this location on two seperate occasions and each time, the Customer Service was exceptional. The place is understaffed on weekends, but the staff makes up for it. They're great.

Very dirty equipment old beat up vehicles nobody available to check vehicles in no paper receipts available they change a cleaning fee on return vehicles that are filthy when you receive them in the first place. I only came here as my usual location closes at noon on Sundays I won't be back to this location

The truck was all wet inside I asked the employee and he stated somebody left the window open. Also I rented an appliance dolly and they stated they didn't have one available.

Worst experience I ever had at a U-Haul, no one cares to help you at this location, 1 employee working, no sense of urgency to help you waited 1:15 mints to rent a hand truck, while employee talking to the guy sitting at his table about cars, engines, This location is horrible to do business with.

The girl at the front desk was amazing! She really needed more help on a Saturday morning dealing with the long line waiting to check in. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I would definitely go back to this location.

A little confusing when customer service changed the location of my pickup. The site they switched it too called and told me they didn't have my equipment. Got straightened out with a second call.

All of the staff at this location are professional and they go the distance to assist the customer. Saturdays of course are usually very busy. However, they make it work.

Made my reservation over a month in advance and they call me 3 das before pickup to tell me my equipment isn’t available and if the manager from the Concord location didn’t happen to be there to pickup something I would have been screwed, he made one call and took care of everything so why couldn’t my pickup location in Vallejo do the same SMH 🤦‍♂️

The U-Haul app is AWFUL. It's very slow and not user friendly at all. It's happy to get you a new rental but it doesn't want to complete the process. And the app is very bad at returns. It is like renting, it starts the process but stalls and won't finish it. Even the employees said they have a very hard time using their own system. Please spend some money on fixing the app

Rude customer service... Wasn't helpful in telling my spouse where she could park and wait, since she was going to drive us back home after I returned the truck. She asked him nicely where she could park, and was met with a very sarcastic rude response to just wait in line behind the other u-haul trucks. Didn't make sense, since she ended up being stuck between two big trucks and she was obviously not the one driving/returning a u-haul. Once I got there, she noticed on her own where other cars were waiting and drove out. The staff could've just pointed that out to her in the first place instead of scolding her, as it was clearly a drop-off/pick-up spot.

staff there was the most positive. I was a little worried about the location and security but after talking with staff felt better. Asst Manager Calvin was super helpful with good customer service.
