Overall I am quite happy with the condition and performance of the trailer and the company and personnel in general.

TIMOTHY SMike and Don worked expertly against the odds. I came in the store and learned that the company computer system was down. Mike talked with me and helped me feel welcomed while we waited. Don took my car and installed the hitch like the true professional he is. He made sure to check all of the connections and provided me with the information I need to properly use and care for my new hitch. I really needed the hitch to use for the upcoming weekend and couldn't leave my car. Don installed the hitch faster than what I expected. Both Mike and Don truly made my day! The best part of my day!! U-Haul has two of the best professionals working for the company. I'm forever grateful.

Stephanie NI was given a truck that did not match the reservation/contract info. This created some confusion about mileage and fuel in the truck I did get. But the guys at the local office were responsive and said they would starting out the error so that I would not be charged extra for gas and miles.

SHAWNTE Wrented a car carrier for one day to haul a tractor. Can't beat the price. Information had to be put into the system with a second phone call from u-haul. Not a big deal. Only cost a few minutes.
RODNEY VThe alarm is on a timer but it only gives you like 10 minutes and then you have to re enter your code. I think the timer should be set for a bit longer. I was only making a small trip this time and I had help but we couldn't get the six bins to the back without the timer going off.

EDWARD KI was told I could not process the rental thru my Mastercard checking accout debit card. They required a major credit card. This is the first time I was not able to use my bank card for rental purposes.
JAMES FTruck was dirty inside. I rented their pickup for 2 days, it broke down on the second day.....it was still driveable, but in limp mode. I was told to not drive it and someone would come get it so I didn't and obviously didn't get to top the fuel off and was charged a fuel fee. I wasn't able to complete what I rented it for and still charged that fuel fee after being told not to drive it. I would've thought they would've understood why I didn't have it topped off back to whete it was when I got it. It was only 3 gallons and charged me 14,25 for that. I'd have thought they would've waved that fee since I followed their instructions.
GERALD WThe steering was soupy and the parking brake got stuck. I couldn't finish the move.

PATRICIA WTruck seats absolutely covered in dog hair, it was really kind of nasty. Truck was clean besides that. Everything else was great too, the manager was especially kind.
Thomas EThe reservation system wasn't working properly and took an excessive amount of time to reserve my van. The sales associate was very polite but something was wrong with the check in process.
TIMOTHY ZThe big problem was with the truck. The steering wheel was not correctly installed, and you could not read the speedometer when driving the vehicle. The people at U-Haul were Courteous on both sides.

JOE AThe most important thing you need to understand when you read this review is that the person you need to see is Mike he is the most knowledgeable, accommodating and reliable person you could ever ask for to help you in your time of need. He has consistently went above and beyond to assist in any kind of problem I had. Whether it was in-state or out-of-state, he literally got on the phone and taught another U-Haul store how to do their job in Florida. Mike is the kind of person you would want to work for or have work for you dependable and reliable.

Paul AWe count on U-Haul when we need to pick up a random piece of furniture for the house! It's much cheaper than owning/maintaining a pick up truck full time! We've had many excellent experiences with the holiday park U-Haul! highly recommend!!

CLARENCE AManager Mike Narduzzi of the Plum Location in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania was extremely unprofessional and rude. This holiday park location was the worst place and was treated and talked to disrespectfully and threatened to be charged for damages before even leaving with the rental in which in fact he did charge me for damage I did not do and was there and never noted. I will never rent from uhaul again even tho I was put on a ban list from Mike! Mike Narduzzi needs to reconsider a new career. All of he google reviews on this location were all one star within the past year and him being in charge if you do the research and look up what other people are saying
NICHOLAS TMike saved the day for us! We needed a second cargo van at short notice, he came through with one immediately. This location is particularly professional and courteous.
