When I received my rental Van the gas gage was on empty. Once I left the parking lot the gas light turned on. I almost ran out of gas. I would suggest the company should have a minimum of a 1/4 of a gallon on gas..

I went and they didn't have it. Miss-communication. On Sunday morning when I picked up trailer I was told I couldn't drop off after hours. A hug inconvenience for me since I don't have any parking at my home. I have always had a choice to drop off when I have rented a trailer from Uhaul. As you can see we rent very frequently due to my husband's buisness. Very disappointedthis last time..

Lucille RI am giving this rating because at the time of renting the truck one of the members of this location told me that at the time of returning the truck I would receive a refund if it had more gas than it had when I received it, and the person who was at the time of returning the truck kindly told me that this is not true, I only see that they are not on the same page nor do they agree on what they say, as a company that is U-Haul should take into account all the small details to avoid bad comments,,. apart from this misunderstanding everything was excellent

Dayshanne FI have rented from this location for many years now but this new system that Uhaul has is below poor. I had a very hard time checking out the equipment and notice that there were several people standing around trying to check out as well. No one in the office was any help because they were learning the new check out as well. You have to check your own equipment out with your phone and it was a total mess. check in was easier, just hand over the keys. The level of gas in the truck, inspection and all is on the client to record. It took almost an hour to check the truck out. Go back to human contact and give the jobs back to a human person, are you trying to get rid of your employees all together.

RONALD RU-Haul sent me to a location far beyond the one I requested and forced me to take a 26-foot truck when I only wanted a 20-foot truck. There were several 20-foot trucks on this lot. I was promised a $50 credit for this inconvenience, which I did not receive.

Hector PCheck the fuel level accurately. I picked up the truck and the gas was almost on empty. I drove the truck two blocks and the low fuel light came on. My paperwork said it has 1/4 tank but it had a lot less. I had to pump 60 Dollars of gas and I only used the truck for a total of 37 miles. So I had to pay for someone's mistake. This is not fair to me and I wouldn't want this to happen to someone else.

Sylder C | Expérience généraleWe can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.
