Your "guy" there made it unbearably uncomfortable, it was extremely difficult to stand there the whole time and listen to him talk about his coworkers and complain about other customers. And "he" wanted to make darn sure that I knew he was gay. He even asked me straight up if I was offended that he was using a pink highlighter marker on my receipt. Why should I have to endure that kind of crap just trying to rent a car trailer!!! That is not something that can be "fixed". If that was my company, he'd be down the road already. Be smart… referral, referral, referral!

william o | Expérience généraleWe rented a car hauler because the motor blew in our daughter's car, we were in a rush to make it to the mechanic before they closed. This is our second time renting a car hauler and our first experience was great! This time left such a bad taste in my mouth that I can promise we will never return. The first employee was thorough, which I can't really fault him for because he was doing his job and I respect that. I was inside getting paperwork sorted and my husband was outside and going to put the trailer on because as previously mentioned we were in a bit of a rush. The employee told me he couldn't so I went out and told him to stop which he did. We got everything sorted and were on our way. Upon returning to drop the trailer off another employee was absolutely the most rude and obnoxious person I think I've ever encountered. We hadn't even managed to pull completely in and she stood screaming at us to pull over to your drive up area. Flailing her arms and shaking her head. We pulled up and before we could exit the vehicle she detached the trailer and told us we would be mailed a receipt. I then asked her what her name was because her behavior was absolutely abhorrent! I don't know what kind of a day she was having but there is absolutely never any type of excuse to act the way she did. I will never under any circumstances rent anything from this location again. I will go out of my way to avoid it at all costs. Thanks for turning an already pretty bad day into an even worse one.

MARK MIf the lot is full of trailer for rent you should be able to rent for daily use. Not be told, I can't rent this to you because they are only to be rented if they are leaving this location forever. But all trailers were still available, when I returned my trailer that worked but made the job more difficult. Some policy should be reevaluated.

ROBERT CThis was location experience was excellent. The drop off location in Torrance was terrible. I was called multiple times to confirm the drop off, almost to the point of harassment . During the first call on 10/18, I explained to Pat, that I needed an extra day due to a winter storm. She confirmed the new drop off date of Tuesday 10/22. However on 10/21, I received two phone calls, one after another, asking why I had not returned the rentals. The second call was from Pat and I reminded her of the date change. She realized she did not update the system, and asked if there was any way to return early. I called her back at 6:30 and Brenda answered- she was very irate that the unit was not returned. It really seemed like a lack of communication and should not have happened. It was stressful enough having to drive a 15 foot truck plus auto trailer 900 miles home. I did not need to be harranged over an error that was on UHaul. Even more frustrating, there was no apology whatsoever. It really soured my experience.

Because your policy fucking sucks you're just screwing people. Every chance you can you know it I know it. I'm pointing it out and I'm going to make it public.

Shawna L | Expérience généraleI have slight disability with my left side. I try not to make a big deal of it the guy that rented me the utility dolley may not have noticed. But, if you have a young capable male at the store it should be Policy for him to assist people loading up stuff such as a dolly. I also purchased a large roll of stretch wrap, several blankets and rope. Didn't even offer to help tote that stuff. Actually the female that was working went to bring the rental from the back for me. Yes she was great, the young man was not much help.

brandon hI do wish that I could have access to my unit after 10pm. I work at Lowe's and we close our store at 10pm but the associates don't get out till shortly after 10:30pm and on days I plan on kayaking the following day, I'm not able to get a head-start by getting my gear out of my unit.

Just overall very nice place to store any of your items. An also it's climate controlled so nothing is going to get over heated or frees while in storage. Very nice place.
