The floor of the storage area in the truck was covered in dry mud. We has to sweep out before loading any furniture.

STEVEN GWe had excellent experiences at both the U-Haul pick-up in University City, MO, and the drop-off in Winchester, TN. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The University City employee was wonderful, he was very informative, professional and resourceful! Adrinna, the manager in Winchester, TN, was particularly outstanding and went the extra mile for us.
KEVIN VAndrea the office manager was super helpful and kind. She was very straightforward with us and let us bring the truck and equipment back sooner than our reservation called for. Would use this place again for all our moving needs.

George VFit our needs perfectly. Our initial reservation had to be rescheduled due to a conflict on our end. The staff at Valley Mini Storage accomplished this with courtesy and without any grief. As our new pick up date approached so did a winter storm event. They reached out to arrange an early pick up in order to avoid any delays in our move. The transaction brought back an old sense of customer service, which is hard to find in today's world. Merci.

GLORIA VMy original drop off was 3 times farther away than the closest UHaul dealer to me. I called Valley Mini Storage about dropping the trailer off there due to the distance. The owner of Valley was outstanding and was more than willing to help me out.

ELIZABETH DI reserved a trailer in cowan tn as was told to pick it up at 1 pm. When I arrived at 1pm they were closed. I found the u haul in Winchester. They were very helpful and we will be going there again. Not Cowan.
