Nothing the woman was very inviting and the lot was easy to maneuver with a trailer.
DAMEN DEasy access in and out. Called the number for drop off and the lady was nice and helpful. Would recommend them.

JASON PI had the truck filled to a half tank and was charged $12 . 00 for fuel. After I had to drive I've 28 miles to pick up the truck to because they didn't have one in Cloverdale. I started with a half tank but then drove it the 28 mile back to my home and I paid for the gas for that. They should take a picture of the gas gage to prove it was low. Very bad experience overall!

brian hI had to rent from 20 miles away when there is a Uhaul 3 miles away. That's 40 miles I had to pay $0,69 per mile. Because the one 3 miles away was closed. I drove 40 miles round trip for 3 hours of use and 1 trip to storage only 3 miles away. Basically I paid way more than I should have because of "availability" otherwise, the Marengo Branch at Walton Inn were very friendly and helpful.

BOBBY FThe 24/7 pickup was changed to in person, I therefor had to cancel my reservation and drive 2 hours to pick up another truck. Very inconvenient and I had to pay movers an extra 2 hours. This had nothing to do with my actual pick up location.

rodney jThe truck was not safe to drive, as it turned out, which had nothing to do with Jerry. Even he wasn't happy with it, but it was the only one he could find, at the time, and I had to have a truck... I was a victim of the "Flagship Van Lines" racketeering scheme, and the FBI/Feds finally found my belongings, that the movers stole. So, I had to make a fast trip back to Indiana to get them. This was the 3rd truck I have leased since June. The other teucks were very nice...but, this one was so unsafe that my daughter, who has a CDL, wouldn't even let me drive it. For part of the trip, I had to drive the car in front of the truck, because the lights were so bad, she couldn't see the road....and that was just one of the issues.

STEPHEN Gthere were no employees there to talk to. there was no where on the return end to sell back the unused boxes and rope like we promised we could. and again, charged for not folding pads, which we would have been spared had there been an employee there to actually turn it in to. We will not use UHaul again and will warn everyone we know to stay away as well. Our overall experience could not have been more frustrating and troubling.
DANNY MI had to wait an hour after I arrived before I even was able to start the check out process to get my truck. I was told initially that the truck was located 45 min. away so I accepted the reservation. Then when the confirmation call came and I was told that it was actually 2 hours away! I wouldn't have even done the reservation had I known this but was stuck because I cancelled my previous reservation. I arrived at the truck pick-up location an hour after they were to have opened and no one was there. This was a TERRIBLE rental and I lost almost 5 hours because of the UHaul process. I now wish that I had gone with Budget or anyone else after this experience. I WILL NOT recommend UHaul to anyone I know.
