Location closed on weekends.
MURILLO BIssues experienced with delay at check in not something location can resolve.....U Haul system/platform and app were extremely slow to complete check-in
Robert GI had made the original reservation at one address, and my truck ended up being at a different address 30 minutes away. I do not feel like U-Haul adequately notified me that they had switched my pick-up location. Additionally, once we got to the correct pick-up location, the process of trying to check in on the app was not efficient, as the pick-up location was in an area with very poor service. Luckily, I was able to go inside and have someone manually check me in, but again, U-Haul did not make it clear to me that I had opted to do a virtual check-in process.
Rachael BI was informed the 24/7 option to pick up isn’t the preferred way to rent and the store didn’t open until 10:00.

MICHELLE FWe were promised we would not be charged for extra days or mileage due to the problems we encountered with our trailer and tire/axle. We were charged anyway. This has been the worst experience!!! Promises were not fulfilled as promised.

Thankful to him, it was nightfall, he saved my day and night. 5 stars to location, 0 stars for UHaul's mobile check in
Chauncey MThe only issue I had was that I wasted an hour of my rental time trying to figure out which truck I was to use. Thankfully another person that was doing a rental showed up and was able to show me. So really I only was able to use my rental one our less than I was supposed to be able to.

MRK BThe only real criticism in my experience would be using the U-Haul app which required several pieces of information before having access to the lock password to access the truck. The receipt instructions were not clear when I reserved the truck that I would need to provide additional information before accessing the vehicle. We had limited time to move my son into his new housing and it was a bit cumbersome. I think if the receipt instructions were clear, it might save future clients a lot of time.

David BYour return map and location information provided at pick up is very bad. It listed a possible return location for Walhalla, SC, however, direction and address were for a location in Pendleton SC - 30 miles away.
