lauren vI picked up my 17" ft truck up on 4/18 at 1:15 pm, I misjudge and needed it overnight instead of 11 pm. I was charged for two days although I returned the truck at 11:51 am on 4/19 within a 24 hour period. I don't think I should have been double charged.

CARL AMake returning a rental truck easier. I had to download the app, per the owner's request. Then struggled with using it. There were 2 other people returning a truck at the same time. They had the exact same issue.

DAVID DBe sure that drop off places with a locked gate have a default passcode to allow drop offs. I had to go out of my way to drop off which resulted in an extra 17$ fee.

RANDY MThe truck that I was driving today, it was shaking a lot. Also, the front driver door have something wrong, Air was coming in to the front driver door and it was really loud. Steering wheel was crooked. And it didn't have the cruise control. The service was really good. He explained to me everything really good. I just don't want to drive that truck again.

Mark SWe dropped off a trailer after hours. Apparently the owner was watching on a security camera and called me to tell us where to put the trailer. He was very helpful and directed us to the proper drop off place with the other trailers.
