The rate was supposed to be 19,95 plus mileage. But I was charged $48. Not really sure where the extra $20 came from. Aside from pricing experience was well

JESSICA TThe truck I rented had bad wipers and the truck would increase speed while I was slowing down while driving through the mountains during a snowstorm. I was very scary. I know trucks would shift into a lower gear while going downhill. While I was breaking at 40 mph the rpms kept going up to almost 5. It was horrible.

CHARITY WWe ask for an appliance dollar and furniture dollar and did not get neither. But it was nowhere in the truck like it was the last time we used it.
Kandi HYeah, the only problem may say would be charging a two day charge. Just go from Cambridge to Findlay 177 miles one way.

toni rAgain, nothing with this specific drop off location was wrong, you just need to fix the App to make it easier for the customer. Fix this Review questionnaire!! Why give the option of "Not Applicable" if I cannot mark that as an option? Considering I didn't talk to anyone directly at either location, and I never went inside either building, "Not Applicable" should be allowed, but it wouldn't let me submit my responses until I selected a "Yes" or "No" answer!! Fix these "Uhaul" problems!

Randall HFix your app which doesn't offer car tow dollys nor does it have a search bar. And- after calling several dealers initially I was directed to the off shore call center anyways. It took considerable time to arrange all in all, about an hour 15 minutes of my time. Pick up dealer was great.
