I've moved twice and used this company's trailers. I love them. They're spacious and easy to move.

Location did not wait for fuel gauge to fully indicate fuel in truck and charged me for it. I went out of my way to put fuel in the truck before I returned it. This is lazy and predatory behavior.

While the overall rental process was straightforward, a couple of issues made our move more difficult than expected. First, we had requested a dolly to help move our boxes, but when we arrived at the location, they did not have one available. This was frustrating, as we relied on the website's availability to plan our move. Without the dolly, moving was significantly more inconvenient. Additionally, we had planned to use the self-pickup option, but upon arrival, we were informed that the location only allowed check-in with staff. This was unexpected, as the website did not indicate that self-pickup wasn't available at this location. It seems odd that the website's information isn't accurate for specific locations, as this can cause confusion and delays for customers. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention in hopes that U-Haul can improve its online accuracy to better reflect each location's actual services and inventory. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.

They weren't open when we went to return. They also didn't help us hook up or provide a jack for the trailer. We had to scramble late at night to find one.

The truck was filthy. Mud and dirt in both the cab and the bed interior. I had to clean it out before I was willing to put my possessions inside.

The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but the office clerk didn't seem to know procedures and use of the computer. When I called for a follow up question, she told me I needed to figure it out as it was my responsibility. I ended up calling U-Haul's help line and was taken care of very quickly.

The person who greeted me when I arrived on Friday did little more than open the back gate and point to where I should back in the trailer. Afterwards, I was walking to the office to sign the paperwork and he said not to worry about it because he would check me in and I was free to leave. Well, he didn't check me in and a couple of days later I double checked and the trailer was still not checked in. Luckily I had photos and called. Finally on Monday I received notice I had been checked in. Very unprofessional.

They did not let uhaul know I dropped of trailer so I got annoying emails from uhaul that I had not returned the unit.there was no night /week end envelopes.. the day I returned the unit I called uhaul and told them I was returning the unit and wanted it documented…. But still felt like I was treated like I stole the trailer with emails saying I had not returned the trailer …… so neither the envelope through the door with my rental contract or the phone contact with U-Haul on the return date. Was acknowledged, but rather email saying had returned it.

Horrible location for a large U-Haul. Parkin is tiny, filled with cars and difficult to park.

Drop off entrance for the equipment was not very clear. Office entrance not immediately obvious. Difficult to park a trailer as the area was small and confining ie. maneuvering was limited. Parking area and adjoining road was congested with traffic making exits and entrances inefficient.

Had no idea how to drop off the uhaul (I was not told it was suppose to be done online). Also couldn't find anything on the door or outside about what to do with the uhaul keys. It would've been nicer to have a sign or paper explaining things.

The employee didn't check the trailer to make sure it was installed properly on our vehicle. Didn't come outside at all, actually. And the trailer was the wrong size, so when we tried to drive our van onto the vehicle hauler, it scratched the paint off our car.

I had originally reserved a trailer at a different location, and didn't get notified of the switch to the Orem location until a day or so after my reserved day. Sending the email a day or two before we were supposed to pick it up would have been great!

I was told this location had Saturday drop off. The location was closed. I did everything according to the instructions received. No one was there to help me.
