travis wI got my U-Haul stuck in snow and called corporate, I had paid for the SafeTrip snow towing. Corporate was quick to tell me I wasn't covered due to the fact I was more than 100 yards away from a paved surface, but Randy and Chris called me in the morning and dropped everything to help me out. They were kind, understanding and extremely helpful. We got the truck unstuck within half an hour. I cannot recommend this drop-off location enough, they're good people who care about their customers. Thank you Randy and Chris!!

Lillian SEverything went good at the pick up location, however the man at the drop off location in Fairborn was awful & extremely rude. He actually forced me to find a different drop off location and told me "I don't care what you do with it but you're not parking it here for drop off find somewhere else" despite that being the correct drop off location listed in both my paper & the app! he would not help me find another location to drop it off either. Very rude, and very unprofessional!! Because of that I may never rent a uhaul again!
