The service was excellent, Brian was so friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait (like we have had to many times before) and we were in and out in 15 minutes--and most of that time was because we wanted to add multiple drivers to our account, otherwise we would have been in and out in 5 minutes. He made the process easy and hassle-free.
JENNIFER JThe app was giving me trouble. I accepted all the location sharing permissions etc, but then it kept telling me i was at the wrong location during pick up. After closing and re-opening the app a few times i was finally able to go through the pick up process, but then it food the same time during dropoff. I couldn't compete the return in the app. I just put the keys in the return box and left. I have rented uhaul before and have never had these issues with the app.

TYRECE WI had no idea where to park the uhaul
SAMIE KNo space to drop off truck. Place was dark and uninviting. It was the closest place to drop off. Dropped off at night, Noone was working. Cannot rate personnel at drop off location.

Josh WThe truck had no windshield wipers so when the sprinklers came on in my complex we had to go find paper towels to clean the window in order to see. That could have been dangerous had it started raining like it did that morning. Other than that everything was ok.

Madison BI'm moving right? I'm renting a U-Haul. Time is very limited and it's kinda a stressful time right? We have all moved before. Well when I show up to pick up the U-Haul I have to sing in and press a button. I was told this through the confirmation process. What I wasn't told has I need to take some photos before this. Not the drivers license because I'm obviously driving. No that makes sense. It's the last part. The passport/manager/lease/ or call someone. Who has their passport picking up a U-Haul? It's packed! In one of scores of boxes. Manager? Well I'm the General Manager. Can you call myself? Your chat bot said no. Also my lease is in an email. Just like having to do a bunch of random hoops online while picking up a uhaul. It's digital like the age we live in. Agent said I couldn't email it. I'd have to drive back home and take pictures of a computer screen. Imagine it's Sunday. A hot and humid day. Moving always sucks right? Your moving for a reason so time is of the essence and you have a timeline and a plan. You booked the U-Haul and the last communication is, "congrats you booked a U-Haul! Pick it up and sign in to complete!" Your tired from packing and ready to get this show on the road. Then sitting there for 1 1/2 hours thinking, "wtf if I was told I needed this before I'd have had it! It's Sunday and everyone I know is sleeping from working night jobs or wouldn't want the insanity of being called by a random U-Haul number." So Im forced to wake up my father with cancer and ask him to answer the phone for a random number. He's very drowsy and misses the call because it comes through as a spam call and the phone auto blocks it. Remember the digital age I talked about earlier? Moral of the story. Please make it clear of this last step. That made moving so very much stressful. Was hoping renting a U-Haul would be an experience from people who know the moving experience.

James LIt took me 1/2 hour to get a dolly rented that I had reserved the day before. It was not the attendant's fault, the system would not take my card and although we tried at least 3 times. Finally, I gave them cash. It was a terrific waste of time. Again, attendant was apologetic and tried his best.
