GERALDK IIt's a Used car lot. The lot was full of vehicles. There was no bar code to scan to drop off after hours. There were other u-haul locations much closer to where I was but didn't have the option to drop off there.
SCOTT DIt would be nice to have receiver inserts/balls/etc available for purchase there. I did need to drive a very short distance to pickup a needed part at Home Depot.

Seth LThe owner helped my right away so that I didn't have to back up with the trailer. The short wheelbase of the trailer makes it difficult to maneuver if you don't do this everyday.

EILEEN OSmooth and eazy trailer rental
Kenneth MI had reserved from 11-3 but was not able to use until 11:30 as the person ahead of my reservation did not return it on-time. Sadly, I was charged the full 4 hours. Additionally, when I went to return the truck via web even with location services on, I was not able to do so. They did not have a barcode to scan to confirm the drop off.

Dennis WUhaul was VERY accommodating and flexible with our frequently changing schedule. The customer service representative Tracy deserves a medal for her patience! The truck itself was a bit banged up- not a big deal considering what its use is. However, there was an issue with the cables that open and close the back door or the truck, and it would only close and open half way because of the rusted cables. This potentially dangerous situation caused us a loss of time, and resulted in my husband having to cut the cables to free the door. Ziggy's auto was very accommodating as far as pick up and drop off, and letting us leave our car there for 2 days. They are in an accessible location, and we will certainly use them again.

Christine AThe inside cleanliness was terrible and when I attempted at least five times to download the photos of the inside of truck on the "check in" U-Haul app and it kept coming up error message. Then it timed me out after several tries. I saved the photos on my phone. The gentleman that assisted us and did the paperwork was very good. No complaints there.
