When I first moved in, there was some trash left in the unit, nothing major, a hanger, and ripped paper. It also needed to be swept, otherwise it was good. Would be nice if there were some office hours on the weekend, even a half day Sat or something. For those that work full time there's no time to get in and sign paperwork without having to leave work early. I almost went somewhere else for that reason.
