They didn’t take the lock off my unit. I showed up after loading a truck all day and found out I had to pay for another day of a truck rental, go back and find a place to park a truck in Denver, and now I am sitting here 15 minutes after they opened with the lock still on my unit. No one is returning my calls or emails and there is no one in the unit.

Terri D | Expérience généraleThe interior and my space were very good, no issues. Always clean. The area right outside the door is usually a mess - a lot of debris and such. It's a tough area right on Federal there, I understand, but that area needs to be cleaned up more. Also at the start the door auto opened when you approached it from the inside and that stopped working. The communication through texts and the AI wasn't so great.
Harper D | Expérience généraleWe had a horrible experience trying to move into our storage unit here. When we arrived, no one was on the property at all. We managed to find the unit but after we got all our things in, we noticed that the lock was broken. We then went searching for someone to help us. No one was there. We tried calling, no answer. And so we ended up moving all our stuff out and putting it back in our car and leaving. I tried to get ahold of someone from brite lock and never got a call back. Additionally, there were people loitering around the facility entrance that did not look well. I was grateful I was with my husband and friend. I would never go there alone as a woman. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was awful. We never went back.
