In helping me pick a location they sent me to one that is quite a ways for me. It's also an inconvenient location with a lack of parking and having to haul everything up 3 stories and then all the way back to the back corner
Amber H. | Online Move InCharity turned a debacle of a move into something I could deal with and without her professionalism, forward thinking, and compassion I would have had a 100 times bigger mess on my hands. She can run logistics ina high level and I appreciate that. When I came to check into storage finally Samantha handled my ridiculously last minute and chaotic situation with calm and went over and above the normal customer service I have been used to to make me feel prepared with plenty of space for my families things. Give these ladies a raise!! Thank you again mile high U-Haul team

TAMARA B. | First ImpressionsHonestly, if it weren't for the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, this would have been the worst Uhaul facility I have visited. Move in with a trailer was extremely difficult having to park across the street in the rental lot of move everything across. While it clearly wasn't Uhaul's fault, moving in during a Broncos game was a bit of a challenge. Not quite sure how it was approved but the elevator doesn't access all of the storage floors? Not sure if that is apparent when a tenant reserves their unit. The larger units are chain link fence with fairly flimsy looking locks, unlike the light-gauge metal partitions I have seen in all other facilities. The rat traps inside the units while serving a presumed purpose, were not particularly reassuring about the quality of the facility.
