Lashaun C | Expérience généraleVery clean place I had my belongings there for years no problems no bugs very nice Great price never raise your rent Fantastic!! Drive in the building a/c and heat best storage unit ever !!
SHARON Y | Expérience généraleI Love it there , & I wouldn’t choose no other storage no matter the distance
Jacea P | Expérience généraleEverything went very smoothly. Appreciate the help of the staff. Thank you!
ADAM S | RéservationI got over charged for the mileage, and the usage of the truck. I should have had a free month rental, based on the app! But the guy wanted to charge me for two days usage of the truck when I was in the building and return the truck the next day after starting the rental. He also charged me for a 26-foot truck at .99 cents a mile, when I only rented a 15-foot truck at .79 cents a mile. I will never rent from that location again and will not recommend to anyone to rent from that location. I like U-Haul, but not that place on 1233 West 18th St Indianapolis, In 46202!!!!
APOLLO B | RéservationStaff were rude and cranky. Waited 10 minutes then they decided to wait on a man who arrived after me. Ugh. Not good signage to indicate you must drive close to barrier for door to open. Sign for my unit area missing so staff spent long time hunting for it, despite working there 3 years. Needs better signage to navigate maze of units to elevator and to main office. Male staff member abrasive. Male and female staff speak harshly to each other. Took 30 minutes to check in…other locations are much faster and let you do it all online. Also had to arrive during staffed hours to sign contract of leaving facility. My flight was delayed so missed hours and had to drive extra 3 hours to be able to sign form. Seems crazy process for 2024. Why not checkout online when exiting storage unit?! Would not recommend.
suzanne n | Expérience généraleFabian was amazing, not only did she show my the unit, she quickly answered every question and walked me through the steps thoroughly. She is a great manager!
Imani L | RéservationI have tried to cancel this storage until and can not get intouch with anyone in the office? I have calling them for two day I would not use this place stay a way
JOE W | RéservationI rented this storage out for about 5 months total I went to pick up my items there were mice feces all over my things and inside my couches I have photos for proof. I went to talk to whoever ran the office that day and I don't know if his English was poor or he didn't understand but I didn't receive any help.
Mitisha T | Expérience généraleTHANK YOU!!!!
laqueisha b | Expérience généraleVery nice and clean facility
leah a | Expérience généraleThe gentleman in the office on our move in day was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be sure to use Downtown Indy Storage in the future if needed.
ROBERT S | Expérience généraleThank you
JACKIE k | Expérience généraleEverything went very smoothly, no problems
maya m | Expérience généraleThank you so much for the best facility in town.
lynsey c | Expérience généraleThe Manager Mr. Morgan and employee John E (he didn’t want to give me his last name) were horrible acting and very unprofessional and talked crazy to me about a unit I never moved in, and refused to give me my money back for a unit I never moved into. Judge Mathis will hear this case and I will provide documents that prove I should have gotten my money back. Corporate office stood by this nonsense and they too will be included when I go to Judge Mathis.
