It was not a great experience. I went on Friday, got the keys and was told I will get the invoice by email. I was informed about a $100 deposit but when I got the invoice after few hours when I was at home, it was billed $325 per month for the storage but when I booked it was $220 per month and so I couldn't move stuff on the weekend. It seemed like I was given the wrong unit and when I went today, they told me there is another smaller unit which will be $265 per month. I have just been wasting my time and have requested to cancel. If there is no unit at $220, I should not be able to reserve it. Just a big waste of time for nothing.

That place is next to the highway, so very easy to find and access to the storage unit, after finishing my rental, they refund my deposit money very quick like within two days, I’m very happy renting with Storage Rabbit!
