The system is very flawed and the employees don't give honesty info i was paying late fee, and when I paid the system still locked me out, the arrangements plans are made to seize clients goods with out graceful gratitude for the provided service . I was promised help from a uhaul employee and never was accommodated as requested and proposed. No negotiations where honesty or professional supported because if the automotive computer system has no investigation techniques to clear nor clean up messaging to fix disputed references

I made a reservation more than 3 weeks in advance and when I arrive, they told me that they don’t have the storage available. Now the price was almost double compared to what I initially thought I would pay. There is not possibility to give me a discount for the mistake. I called U-Haul several times and none of the agents told me about the storage availability issue.
