I needed only temporary storage for a few months and this facility provided me with excellent service. Everyone was courteous and helpful. My only complaint - while moving out we found mouse/rat droppings in the unit, however, I am well aware that this is a common and almost unbeatable situation in a storage facility. Overall, I give you five stars and you have a great team.

Bonjour, Merci a Julie particulierement de son aide et service a la clientele. Je pense qu'elle merite bien son poste de gerante. Je reconnais beaucoup ses competentes de gestion d'equipe et sa patience avec les employees. Je dis cela en tant que femme qui travaille dans le domaine de la construction. Ce n,est pas toujours facile de trouver un langage en commun avec tous les clients et meme preposes avec du caractere :):):)! Bravo a elle! Bien a vous!

After only two months of storage, I found that my furniture—items I’ve cared for over many years—was covered in mice droppings and suffered significant damage. There were scratches and gouges in the wood that were not there before, leaving me questioning the quality and care of the storage facilities. Although the staff was friendly, I had an unusual and stressful experience when I rented one of their trucks to help with my move. I didn’t drive it at all but was rushed to return it at 7:00 AM sharp the next morning, despite it being off-peak season. As a long-time customer, I was surprised by this, and it added unnecessary stress to my move.

Markis N | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility is great. The only thing I didn’t like is the payment process. I was laid up in I.C.U. at the hospital a couple of years ago. Was I was able to call about 2 days later to explain why I hadn’t paid my bill, and was doing so right away, U-HAUL STILL CHARGED ME A WHOPPING $15.00 & refused to reverse it. All in all I was ONLY 4 DAYS LATE!, even after I reminded them that the reasoning couldn)t make the payment was because I was in Intensive Care in hospital! I WAS CHARGED AGAIN $15.00 this year. I was 3/days late when the $ became available in my bank account. I thought the bank would put it through. I thought wrong. SO WITHIN 14 DAYS I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $15.00! I’ve never seen charges like this with any other company! $30.00 late fee for being 15 days late, AND IT WAS NOT INTENTIONAL! Very, very, bad practice and gives U-Haul a bad reputation for very bad customer relations

Judith w | Overall ExperienceBig wait times at office. One person told me I couldn’t dump or donate furniture next person said yes for 25 dollars. Sarah-Blanche was great but overworked. No light in locker. Combination only worked sometimes.
James B | Overall ExperienceThe elevator is dangerous. You need to load a large elevator with multiple carts and it tries to close in you every 10 seconds. The first few times it stops when something is in the way but then it starts ignoring it and tries to close even when a human is in the way. It’s not only annoying but very dangerous.
Gergely V | Overall ExperienceThe computer systems, online, and self-service options were ackward and very frustrating to use, wasting more time and effort than seems reasonable. Computer applications were initally intended to improve accuracy and access to data as well as to speed up and improve customer service. This is certainly not the case with the software you are currently using.
