The storage is clean and my stuffs are in good condition after sitting in there for many years, amazing! The rental cost is reasonable. Only minor downside is that we cannot get the access on Sunday when most people are available for moving things. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the quality of this facility.

The facilities themselves were exactly what you would expect, however the limited lighting made it a bit difficult to make out any fine details. It was very easy to contact the Vault Valet service for quick questions and confirmation. All around 5 stars and would recommend to future university students!

The payment was easy and transparent. The place was clean and organize felt super safe and will definitely come back in the future if we need to! Thank you for your service.
