Prices kept changing and doubled at one point. Different price than shown in store. Staff is not helpful. Locker was secure and clean. Found a better priced locker.
nicole D | Overall ExperienceI think Uhaul storage on SE Marine is the best storage facility in town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating. I still have a storage there and I'll keep it for a while because I feel secure there.

Manuel R | First ImpressionsYour glaring administration weakness is your IT. Customers who reside outside of North American CANNOT enter a home address under the inflexible data entry system. You never did have my address even after 5 or 6 attempts to advise you of the need to change the address formatting so I could enter it. It seems as long as I pay my bills who cares where I live... This is not a UHaul location issue; it is a corporate website design weakness...

Hold for a length of time, but once I got through always friendly helpful and efficient. Thank you so much for your half-staff. And I definitely recommend you to others in the future. I was hoping to use you in Victoria, but you're all full up there you go.
